Little Venice is waiting for you! Come relax in beautiful home

Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, UK King (150cm x 200) and double (135cm x 190) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share. For stays of a week or a month, there are discounts applied to the price, with the VRBO website showing the calculation.

The flat was clean and comfortable inside. The outside needed attention and the host responded so we could enjoy the back patio area. The location was very convenient to transportation. Great stay at Cindy's! Appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop off bags a bit early while the flat was being cleaned. Safe neighborhood, nice and quiet for sleeping with the bedrooms towards the back of the flat. I really liked the egg chairs on the deck!! Beds were SOOO comfortable - slept great. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This is a good property that has some problems. There were extenuating circumstances that made it difficult to communicate with the host. With some back and forth, we were able to iron out some of the issues. Word of warning, it is a minimum 15’ walk to the Bakerloo line which isn’t the most direct line on the Underground. There are a couple of cafes nearby (Billy’s) across the street. There is a wonder pub that I think is called Hero Maida Vale. It is to the right & across the street - picture of a terrier on the sign. Excellent food.

This was the perfect retreat for our family in London! The flat had everything we needed and more. It was spotless and really charming. The back garden was full of birdsong and the location was so easy to navigate. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat. The back garden was like an oasis in the city. Sitting back there after sightseeing all day was so relaxing. There was no noise from the street and hearing the birds made you feel like you weren't in central London. While we were visiting, there was a Tube strike, so we needed to use the bus and the 6 bus stopped right in front of the flat! That right there is worth it!! The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

There is a 24 hours convenient store within 2 minutes walking, and a cafe across the street. The Kitchen is small, but has all the equipments needed. The area is very quite, and safe, about 10 minutes walk to Warwick Ave Underground Station. One way ticket is 3.1 pounds to anywhere in central London. We came back several times close to mid night after West End shows. Perfect place for a quite residential experience in London, far from the tourists buzz in central London. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
