Little Venice is waiting for you! Come relax in beautiful home

Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, UK King (150cm x 200) and double (135cm x 190) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share. For stays of a week or a month, there are discounts applied to the price, with the VRBO website showing the calculation.

What can I say? Great location in a real (non touristy) neighborhood, close to the tube, quiet, clean, well stocked, and a very accommodating host! Would highly recommend, it’s a great place to stay!

It was not clean: bathroom floor had hair and the shower was dirty. I needed to wash it out myself.There was a pair of kids' sandals on the floor under the sink in the second bathroom so I know they did not sweep.But the biggest issue was not refunding my money when I had to change my reservation from 7 nights to 6. She did not update my reservation, did not advertise any discounts for weekly reservation, and did not offer a refund at all until I pursued it. I had to fight with her to get any refund and then it was only part because she tried to rely on a prorated discount she never advertised.

I am sorry you disagreed with the calculation for 6 nights vs 7 nights. As discussed the week discount is on the site, in the fee calculation. If I had known there were any issues in the flat - during your stay I would have fixed it. I will let my cleaner know to hide her sandals. Thank you for info.

Great Home Base

This flat served as a great home base for our family for 4 days of exploring London. It was clean with adequate space for spreading out after long days sightseeing. Two Underground stations within a 10 minute walk and numerous bus options made this a good place to stay. Cindy was attentive to questions prior to booking and upon arrival.

This is a super cute flat! Cindy was very responsive and so helpful! Neighborhood was charming and quiet. It was a great find!!! One of the highlights was spending evenings in the back garden area while discussing our daily adventures! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the London area!

Why they chose this property

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
