Beautiful villa with private pool, see views, gamesroom with pool table and BBQ

Nice villa in very quiet area with see views.
This 3 bedrooms villa is huge and separate in two levels.
The ground floor has a big bedroom with twins bed, a lounge with TV and showerroom with washing machine. There is an entertainment room with a pool table and couple of sofas and stereo music equipment.
At the upper floor, the villa has two king size beds in both bedrooms and two bathroom, a full equipped kitchen, and the dinning/lounge with access to the garden.
The outside area is completely equipped with solarium, BBQ area, pool with electric pool heating, garden, sunbeds........
Parking available opposite to the door and free WiFi.

Quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the south of Lanzarote villa built and furnished with the best materials and very high quality. Located in the south of Lanzarote, near Red Mountain, in a luxurious complex of Playa Blanca with beautiful see views.
A ten minute drive from the beaches of Papagayo and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful see view and view over the light house of Pechiguera and the neighbour island Fuerteventura and Lobos. Very quiet area. View over the Red Mountain (Montaña Roja)
