Beautiful luxury designer flat in divine town called Selce.The flat is in front of the lovely beach and a beautiful view across the bay. The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, kitchen and the large balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment has a private parking space. The apartment also has few amenities for gym bunnies.
Selce is located in a picturesque cove next to Crikvenica, on one of the most diverse parts of the Adriatic coast. This seaside resort, once a village of fishermen and stonemasons, today makes an interesting holiday destination with a tradition of tourism reaching back more than a century. Selce has won many awards for the excellence of its tourism offer and the overall appearance of the town. It has also won the title of best holiday resort on Kvarner four times. In addition, it came second twice and first once (in 2002) in the "Blue Flower" campaign organised by the Croatian National Tourist Board for the best holiday resort on the Adriatic. Selce is a perfect place for pleasant summer holidays, with well-tended Blue Flag beaches, a wonderfully clean sea, a seaside promenade, and many cultural, entertainment and sporting events (folklore, concerts, painting exhibitions, fish festivals on the waterfront, sport-fishing for visitors, sailing regattas and much more). Sehr schöne Wohnung
Am Anfang denkt man: oh Gott, was für ein Haus. Aber die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, das Haus ist leise, die Wohnung mit Klima ist wirklich gut. Allerdings waren die Abflüsse teilweise verstopft, Internet funktionierte nicht immer. Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist schwierig, da sie nur per Whatsapp antwortet. Ein- und Auschecken führt eine Beauftragte durch, die wie die Vermieterin kein Deutsch spricht und nur kurz die Wohnung aufsperrt, die Schlüssel übergibt und das wars. Gut ist der Parkplatz im Kellergeschoss, ist ebenerdig zu befahren. Rundherum kein Parkplatz verfügbar.
Bis zum Strand muss man nur über die Straße gehen, allerdings gibt es wenig Plätze. Geht man etwas weiter, findet man auch entsprechend Plätze. Keine Sandstrände.
Selce bietet sehr viel Gastronomie zu guten Preisen und guter Qualität.
