The house is perfect for large families or groups of friends and couples who want to spend a holiday together, relaxing or seeing the famous cities and towns in this part of Tuscany, along the Umbrian border. The area that surrounds the house is spread out over various levels with a beautiful terrace that is perfectly equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue and swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5, 1.40 m deep) (01/05-15/10). Comfortable furniture with Tuscan antiques as well. Central heating, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, DVD player, midweekly towel change. Possibility of cleaning service and a cook for delicious Tuscan dishes. Car park. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm. From 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm check-in is guaranteed upon a fee of Euro 50. After 8.30 pm check in will not be guaranteed and if carried out the fee will be Euro 100. Check out is strictly at 9.30am. Only small pets are allowed at the added fee of 100 euros per pet per week.
