Island house with pool and foot in the sand, with 3 suites, balconies, air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen, modern crockery, bed linen, bath, table and beach, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, garage , caretaker's house, garden, pergola with support for barbecue, barbecue, hammocks and a beautiful colonial-style porch.
Gardener, pool attendant, fachineira. Cook to negotiate.
This house was purchased by my family and has been in family use for 5 years.
The whole house was painted this year and the pool is new.
This house is an excellent place for a family vacation in Brazil.
50% of our neighbors are Europeans from Portugal, Spain and U. K ..
We have a small landing airport just 400 meters from the house with a good fugitive for private jets.
We have full service on request, so we have permanent staff to bring in rooms, clothes and a private chef, specializing in Brazilian food.
This condo as a private beach and our neighbors is Club Meditteran.

I'm a Neuro Optometrist in Portugal. The Lagoa Dourada condominium is a special place, beautiful, quiet, safe, with sea floor and a wonderful couqueiral, where you can read, relax, sleep in the hammock, listen to the wind and silence, take long walks by the sea, Beautiful city of Salvador, refresh yourself until the wee hours in the pool, contemplate the beauty of the night and the sound of the coconut trees. The Lagoa Dourada Condominium is a place with the magic of living well, right there at the feet of Salvador. As the owner, I am confident that you will be happy to know this place.

The family fell in love with the place. The beauty of the place bewitched us and we went back to buy a piece of heaven
What makes this property unique
The house is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful lawn exterior. From everywhere in the house you can see the sea, right there. Proximity to the beach is very comfortable. My son learned to swim on the reef and at low tide, let's see the tropical fish. The neighborhood is very polite and the environment is like an extension of Club Med, which is next door. On the beach we have a special privilege to be used only by Club Med guests and our Condominium. There is transportation at all times next to the condominium, for every place and boat or Ferry at all times to the city Salvador, Morro de S.Paulo and other places that you dream to visit.
