Tranquil holiday

Very nice hosts providing never afraid of joining into smalltalks but a the same time maintaining that delicate privacy balance to perfection. Very nice surrundings and luckily easy to sleep at nice due to lower temps in the mountains. House worked perfectly and even more than that as the hosts gladly helped when stuff was needed. Any time recommend the place again

Wonderful place wonderful hospitality

we had a wonderful week at doccione di sotto - the house was very spacious and very well equipeed - the kitchen big, comfortable and well stocked. The garden and the pool very pretty and the children loved playing in them. It takes quite a while to get anywhere but then again that for us was also a positive thing as it forced us to stay put every other day. Thomas and Anke are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend it especially for a relaxing holiday with children and friends,

Lovely place for a remote stay!

No better place to escape the Tuscan tourist crowds than up here. Some gravel / unpaved roads on the way and long drives for supplies. Stock up on the way and be prepared for some serpentine roads. Stunning views and lovely hospitality. Three hour drive to Florence but we'll worth staying here is good value isolated beauty is what you want. Arezzo is a one hour drive each way and a definitely a place to visit.

Die best ausgestattete Wohnung und Küche die wir je hatten. Wirklich nette gastgeber. Etwas weniger abgelegen als wir erwartet hatten dafür bekommt man aber direkt Hunde und Katzen als Haustiere dazu. Die ganze Atmosphäre und Gegend war wirklich wunderschön. Wirklich sehr gerne wieder.

Formidable endroit, notre chien pouvait courir librement. Les propriétaires Anke et Thomas sont très gentils et nous ont donné beaucoup de bonnes informations pour notre séjour. Tout est très bien entretenu et propre. La seule chose qui nous a un peu embêtée, c'est le chemin pour arriver ä Doccione qui est dans un mauvais état. A part cela, tout était impeccable.

Location non propice aux visites de sites touristiques

Très bel endroit au milieu des bois mais destiné à des vacanciers pratiquant la randonnée. En effet pour y accéder on doit parcourir environ 5 kms sur un chemin de terre caillouté qui nécessite un véhicule haut de caisse. De plus une pente très importante pour accéder à la location non adaptée à des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.

Notre endroit est effectivement très bien adapté pour faire des randonnées. Le fait que l'on doive prévoir une excursion à la journée pour visiter les grandes villes d'art et de culture comme Florence, Sienne et autres, est mentionné dans notre description et est également visible sur la carte. Beaucoup de nos hôtes viennent justement parce que notre lieu est magnifique, isolé et en pleine nature. Un véhicule tout-terrain n'est pas nécessaire pour les 4 derniers kilomètres, même si la route n'est pas asphaltée. Nous n'en avons jamais possédé et nos hôtes ont en général des voitures normales eux-aussi.

Mitten in der Natur gelegen, ist dieses schöne Grund von Thomas und Anke! Die beiden sind super lieb und der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön! Ein kleiner Geheimtipp in der Toscana! Große Empfehlung!

Kleines Paradies mit Garantie zur Entschleunigung

Das Ferienhaus liegt in traumhafter Umgebung mit tollen Ausblicken. Um diesen abgeschiedenen Ort zu erreichen, muss man sich allerdings darauf einstellen, dass man einige Kilometer unbequemen Schotterweg fahren muss. Dafür erwartet einen am Ende aber ein kleines Paradies. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist blitzsauber. Pool, Tischtennisplatte und Volleyballnetz sowie der große Garten mit Sonnenliegen bieten viele Möglichkeiten der entspannten Beschäftigung. Auch für Hunde ist Doccione ein kleines Paradies. Thomas und Anke sind perfekte Gastgeber: sehr aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage gibt es eine Antwort und für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Wir können jedem, der im Urlaub Erholung, Ruhe und wunderschöne Natur sucht, das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus vor. Anke und Thomas sind äußerst verständnisvolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Anfahrt ist für uns etwas schwierig gewesen, was aber auch an unseren Fahrzeugen lag. Alles in allem eine wundervoll gepflegte Anlage.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Abgeschiedenheit der Berge. Es war ein Erlebnis, die kleinen Orte in der näheren Umgebung zu erkunden. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Ruhe und traumhafter Umgebung sein wollen. Danke auch an die sehr netten Gastgeber :-)

Familienurlaub im Doccino di Sotto

Der ganzen Familie (Alter von 18 bis 85) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und des Areals im Internet ist zutreffend. Die Wohnungen sind individuell und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Paradies. Schöne Wanderungen sind von der Wohnung direkt möglich, auch zu Flussbadestellen. Anke und Thomas sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber und haben gute Tipps für Wanderungen, Ausflüge, etc.. Wer die klassische Toskana bereisen möchte, für den ist die Anfahrt zu weit. Wer Ruhe, Natur und kleinere, nicht so überlaufene Städte mag, ist genau richtig. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Die Seele baumeln lassen…

Nach einer trotz Super Beschreibung etwas abenteuerlichen Anreise haben wir eine entspannte Auszeit inmitten der Natur verbracht. In dem mit mediterranen Charme liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fehlte es an nichts so dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten. Besonderer Dank an unsere Gastgeber, die uns mit Rat und Tat freundlich begleitet haben.

Prachtige plek!

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt is Doccione di Sotte misschien wel een van de mooiste locaties van Italië. Wel erg afgelegen van de bewoonde wereld maar daar krijg je wel wat voor terug!

Ruhige und wunderschöne Lage in den Toskanischen Bergen

Wer Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht sucht wird hier fündig. Abgeschieden in den Toskanischen Bergen liegt diese sehr gut gepflegte Anlage. Die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig. Diese wird aber durch den ersten Blick auf die Kulisse zur Nebensache. Vielen Dank an Anke und Thomas unsere Gastgeber. Freundlicher hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können.
