This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf from the balcony. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, blue-ray player, WI-FI and sleeps 4 with King in the master and recessed hallway bunks. | Pelican Isle offers charming accommodations with direct access to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has a Caribbean flair and features gulf-front units with spectacular views from the balconies. Enjoy the gulf side pool (seasonal heated), hot tub, BBQ grilling area, fitness room and complementary seasonal beach service. Located on family oriented Okaloosa Island, you are close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities such as golf and water sports. Monthly winter reservations available but must be 60 night minimum.

Long Wonderful Weekend

A wonderful condo! Rooms were very clean and smelled clean, too. The kitchen had anything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable! We loved our view and sitting on balcony eating! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful view

We were very pleased with the location. The unit was very nice & perfect for us. The bed was comfortable but it crackles every time you move. We were disappointed the pool etc was closed for maintenance but we reached out to the property manager. He was wonderful. Kudos to a top rate management company!!

The unit itself was simply superb. It was very clean and the view on the 1st floor (not the ground floor) was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and having two bathrooms for such a small unit was very convenient. There really was not much to complain about, but there are a couple of annoyances: 1. The cable TV connection worked intermittently and the receptionist seemed to be annoyed when asked any questions.

Nice condo with all amenities

Only thing this condo doesn’t have is a oven sheet/pan to heat up a pizza and no pizza cutter, besides that it was nice.

Summer Vacation

We always love this part of Florida, and this was our forst stay at pelican isle. I must say the online listing looked much more put together than the condo in person. It gave us a place to stay and that is most important, i just wish it would have been nice like the listing pictures.

Beach and Dolphins

The condo was just as described. Excellent location. Communication with property manager was great! For sure will be back! Only a couple repairs are needed Light in oven is out The ceiling fan in room needs replaced it is extremely loose and noisy. Almost wondered if it was going to fly off! lol Bed could use a topper! Check in and out was easy Parking was easy All. Around great stay!

Great!

Great location! You can see the beach from the balcony (there is ground floor parking, this is labeled as "Floor 1" but it is actually the second level up). You can hear the ocean! It is a close walk to the beach and the fact they include an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set up by the beach service is FANTASTIC! You do have to walk up and over the short bridge, so just FYI for anyone considering a wagon (leave it home). Clean. Beds were ALL comfy - even for the adults on the bunks! Mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was worn and decompressed. But everything else was wonderful!

Poor supplies in kitchen

The kitchen is poorly lacking utensils. 6 forks, 6 spoons,,,,,etc The washing machine sounded like a jet taking off. Needs doors fixed so it can buffer the sound or a new machine. In my opinion this condo was Only equipped for 2 people Max!
