View upstairs on the Ria d'Etel. 500m from small coves overlooking the river Etel and 3km from the beaches. Calm assured.
Ground floor and terrace accessible to people with reduced mobility (sleeping BZ).
Ground floor: A large room with kitchenette, living room. Shower room with shower, wc, washbasin, changing table with baby bath.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140), including 1 with mezzanine (bed 90), wc.
Terrace and closed garden orientated West.

Der Empfang durch die Familie war unkompliziert und wunderbar angereichert durch bretonische Köstlichkeiten samt selbst gemachter Konfitüre. Das Haus übertrifft die Beschreibung und die Umgebung ist wunderbar geeignet für Wanderungen am Küstenweg, der fast vor der Haustür vorbeiführt. Prima auch als Startort für eine Vielzahl spannender Ausflugsziele in naher Umgebung samt Strand. Dazu liegt es wirklich sehr ruhig - perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Nous recommandons cette location qui est située à quelques mètres de la mer avec une vue sur la merLe logement est très bien agencé et situé dans un lieu très calme.Les plages sont très proches de la location, les activités et sorties ne manque pas.Nos hôtes sont très réactif et répondent rapidement aux demandes et questions des locatairesNous espérons retourner un jour dans ce petit coin de calme et de bonheur.

Week-end ascension

Très chouette week-end dans ce logement idéalement situé près du sentier côtier.L'hébergement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il y a deux chambres dont une avec une mezzanine. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Les hôtes sont très sympas. Les échanges étaient fluides.

Tolle Lage , sehr ruhig, am Wasser. Im Haus ist einfach alles vorhanden. Vermieterin sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Waren Sept. 2024 dort.

Superbe!

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines de vacances malgré un temps maussade la plupart du temps. Belles balades à découvrir dans la Ria d’Etel depuis la location. Les alentours sont charmants: St Cado, Etel et son port… nous avons beaucoup marché sur les plages, on ne s’ennuie pas un seul instant . Très jolie location, beaucoup d’espace, bien agencée et décorée, confortable, literie de qualité , il ne manque rien. Au calme. La Ria est à 2 minutes à pied. Mme Friguel est très sympathique, elle nous a accueillis avec quelques spécialités bretonnes très appréciées et nous ne pouvons que la féliciter. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

nous avons passé 14 jours dans le logement en juin 2024, nous en sommes très satisfait. Comme il est dit dans la description, nous étions proche de 2 sentiers côtiers, très agréables, au calme, juste ce qu'il faut pour nous retraités. Nous avons fait des visites environnantes dans la région, c'est très joli. Le logement était conforme a la description, il ne manquait rien, tout est pensé et en bon état. je me permets d'ajouter qu'il y avait une SENSEO qui n'est pas notifiée sur l'annonce. Par contre , nous n'étions que 2 dans le logement, et si j'avais quelque chose a reprocher ça serait que "les rangements a la Salle de bain " me semble trop peu pour une famille de 5 personnes (dont par exemple 3 filles ou femmes). J'ai eu tout juste assez pour y ranger mes cosmétiques ! et peut être ajouter a ce logement 1 grand miroir serait le summum ! merci a la propriétaire pour son accueil, et sa bienveillance, je ne peux que recommander ce logement autour de moi.

Excellent séjour

La maison est située à quelques pas de la Ria d'Etel, un endroit magnifique pour des balades le long des sentiers. Elle est très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, les lits sont d'excellente qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié tous les équipements et ustensiles de la cuisine, elle est très bien équipée! Idem pour le sèche linge qui change la vie dans ce coin qui peut être humide. Enfin l'accueil a été très chaleureux, nous nommes ravis du séjour et revenons avec plaisir!

Séjour au top dans le Morbihan ! Propriétaires a l'écoute et super sympathique ! Merci pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions a notre arrivée ;) Maison très propre avec tout le confort que l'on a besoin pour des vacances... Encore mieux que sur les photos ! Parfait même pour les enfants en bas âge. Endroit très calme, juste a côté de la Ria d'Étel qui est juste magnifique. Énormément de belles choses a découvrir dans cette région. Maison au calme

Maison bien équipée au calme vie sur la rivière. Tout est mis à disposition.proprietaire très accueillante et disponible qui sait accueillante ses hôtes avec des petits produits locaux (C est rare) .petit bémol sur la mezzanine trop petite pour y dormir mais à part ça séjour au top. Merci
