The outdoor spaces have been enhanced for a perfect enjoyment of nature and the tranquility of the coqueiral. The living area (dining room, kitchen and porches) has been designed to make life practical, comfortable and very pleasant. It has an outdoor dining room with barbecue.
The house is located in the coqueiral, next to the sea of dunes and 10 minutes from the beach
Located in the paradise of kitesurfing and surfing, it enjoys optimal winds for the practice of these sports throughout the year.
The area, which retains the tranquility of a fishing village, is waking up to tourism and offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and services such as rental of bugys, quads, horses, equipment and kitesurf courses, etc.
