Wonderful villa in stunning location

My husband, myself and our teenage son spent a lovely week here mid June. The property was lovely- very clean with a beautiful pool and a nice garden which meant that the 2 boys could play football. The views of the bay and Spinalonga island were spectacular. The local restaurants were amazing and the locals could not have been nicer or more welcoming.

The villa was very nice to stay at. The view is outstanding. The location just on the edge of Plaka is very good for access to shops and restaurants. The villa grounds are spacious and private and the house comfortable with everything working and all needs met. Very clean and great to have a daily cleaner! The house is accessed by a very steep road and beware that if you have accessibility issues that would be a real problem. The house has a few minor maintenance issues that could be rectified to improve the experience and could do with a bit of an update to decoration here and there but these were minor things. It’s a windy area so beware this also. Overall a good place to stay!

Maris Villas in a perfect location

The view from the Villa is perfect. Spinalonga just across the bay. The pool is wonderful and looked after every other day … we had cleaning/maid everyday (not Sunday) - beds, bathrooms, floors… all very good. Plaka is nice and quiet with enough restaurants… what we tried were all good quality. Elounda is 10mins away by car… livelier and more shops, restaurants etc. Supermarkets in both places are expensive although the one in Plaka and EuroMart (Elounda) deliver for free. If you want to shop cheaper … Lidl and others are in Agios Nikalos (20mins). We aim to return…😎

Wunderschöne, weitläufige Villa mit absolut traumhafter Aussicht auf Spinalonga.Eine kleine Innenrenovierung könnte man langsam mal wieder ins Auge fassen..
