Located in downtown Boerne, 1/2 block off of Main Street and walking distance to shopping, brewery's, wine bars, and restaurants! The upstairs apartment has a separate entrance allowing for complete privacy.

Such a great place for a couples getaway in Boerne. You can walk to everything and the room is along a quiet street just off the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and there are outdoor seating options to enjoy the birds chirping and peaceful place. Can’t wait to come back and will book here again.

Perfect for a weekend visit.

The cozy space offered so much comfort and amenities. There are restaurants and shops a short few blocks away. The river is a street away for a relaxing morning or evening run/walk.

Very cute space perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Lisa was easy to work with and left is a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for 2, and close to everything!

My mom and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, and we had everything we needed, including extra towels, a fridge, a microwave, cleaning wipes, and a mini fridge. We just needed a place to stay at night, and it was perfect for that, especially if you’ll be walking around in the main part of Boerne!

The proximity to main street stood out for us. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and to watch the Christmas parade on main street. The 2nd floor apartment was quaint with some antique furniture. The hostess did a great job of anticipating what we might need during our stay. The neighborhood where the apartment was located was nice and quiet. One issue we had was walking up and down the stairs when it was dark. The small solar powered lights along the staircase were not bright enough so we opened the flashlights on our cell phones. We would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Boerne.

We love this property

This is perfect for comfort, location and walking to and from town. Quaint, quiet and very nicely accessorized. The owner could not be more friendly and attentive. We have stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here every time we stay in Bourne.

Clean & Good Location

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add a small folding step stool. If you are short, it is hard to reach the dishes in the cabinet. There are stairs to access it so think about that with luggage. We would stay again.

Anniversary/Birthday Celebration

It was a cute apartment, very nicely done. What stood out the most was the bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary/Birthday. Lisa is such a thoughtful person. We will definitely stay there again. Oh and thanks for the chocolate kisses and bottled waters in the fridge.
