The apartment is a ground floor in a detached house in a fenced pine forest of 4 hectares with a splendid view of the Corsican mountains (Needles of Popolasca and Padre). The house is comfortably equipped and air-conditioned for 4 people. Calmness and relaxation are the main assets.
Ideal to enjoy the calm of the mountain, swimming in the natural pools and the cascades of the Gorges de l'Asco (5 min), starting many hikes including the GR20, Monte Cinto ..., turtle village, house mouflon, via ferrata, tennis, fishing. And also close to the beaches of Balagne (Ostriconi, Lozari) 25 min. Near the historic capital of Corté.

Appartement spacieux, très propre, calme, vue magnifique

Randonnées et baignades en rivière, visite de Corte et villages environnants, escapades et baignades sur les très belles plages près d' Ile Rousse, bon restos. Nos hôtes ont été adorables et très discrets : merci encore pour la terrine et les gâteaux corses qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet endroit et reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Luogo incantevole

La casa si trova al limitare di un bosco con una splendida veduta dei monti attorno, senza traffico ma in una posizione comoda per ogni necessità. Vicina a Ponte Leccia, in mezz’ora si è nella splendida spiaggia di Ostrigoni o a Corte. È un alloggio nuovo, accogliente e funzionale. Non manca nulla, ogni particolare è pensato con cura e gusto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo oltre che per il paesaggio incantevole ed il silenzio rilassante attorno, anche per la disponibilità e la gentilezza riservata della proprietaria. La sera cenavamo in terrazza sotto una cascata di stelle.

Wir verlebten wunderbare 2 Wochen im nördlichen Teil Kosikas. Die Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten der Bergwelt. Der Blick war immer wieder grandios. Die Ferienwohnung kann man gut weiterempfehlen.

Bel appartement dans un environnement calme

Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment. L'appartement est très propre, très bien meublé et frais, avec l'aide de l'air conditionné si nécessaire. Nous avons également apprécié le grand barbecue à gaz. Nous avons très bien dormi, vécu beaucoup de belles choses et admiré la voie lactée le soir. Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très propre, très agréable, très bien équipé et dans un cadre magnifique ! Très bonne situation pour se balader dans le cap à la journée, dans les gorges, à Corte... nous aurions pu y rester plus longtemps ! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu dritt für 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sogar Geschirrspülmaschine und Klimaanlage. Wifi ist vorhanden und gut. Lage der Wohnung sehr ruhig auf großem Grundstück. Mit Deutsch und Englisch kommt man nicht weit. Es sprechen fast alle nur Französisch. Man ist sehr schnell in Ponte Lecia. Von da kann man die Insel mit dem Mietauto erkunden. Ein Mietauto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das nahegelegene Asco Tal ist sehr schön mit Bade Gumpen und zum wandern. Entfernungen Flughafen Bastia 45 Minuten Corte 20 Minuten. Aleria an der Ostküste knapp eine Stunde. Alle roten Straßen sind gut und man kommt schnell voran. Bei Gebirgsstraßen kann man von durschnittlich 30 Km/Stunde ausgehen.

Un petit paradis douillet et confortable, dans un environnement proche de tout: nature, commerçants, principales attractions touristiques de la Haute-Corse. L' appartement est très bien aménagé et joliment décoré. L'équipement est parfait, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne! Diane et Frédéric sont des hôtes d'une très grande gentillesse; ils se sont montrés discrets, attentifs, accueillants, généreux et disponibles. Perfekt für Aktivurlaub

Ein neu eingerichtetes, modernes Appartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Es befindet sich auf einem größeren Grundstück und abgesehen von den im gleichen Haus lebenden Vermietern hat man absolute Ruhe und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das nahegelegene Gebirge am Asco-Tal. Moltifao ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, da man durch die nahegelegene Schnellstraße viele Ziele recht zügig erreicht. Die Besitzerin Diana hat uns freundlich begrüßt mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Das WIFI ist stabil und ermöglichte sogar das Nutzen von Streamingdiensten. Insgesamt ist das Appartment absolut eine Empfehlung wert.!

De l'espace à l'équipement tout y est situé au calme avec des hôtes qui parle de leur île avec amour et qui ont plus d'un tour dans leurs sacs pour indiquer des visites. N'hésiter pas à réserver,! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
