Mediterranean style villa surrounded by old pine trees. Located in a private urbanization within walking distance to the beach, private pool, sea views, large terrace. In urbanization there are security, supermarket, tennis courts, a beach cafe and a restaurant directly on the beach with live music (beach-club). Urbanization refers to a conservation area due to the rare species of pine trees and plants. On a private sandy beach 500 meters long can be accessed only by residents of urbanization. Villa located in the central part of a huge gorge, it has a classic V-shaped sea, surrounded on three sides by the road, which gives the villa a good privacy. Located on a street with very minimal movement. Constant breeze from the sea makes it possible not to use air conditioning even in August. Virtually none of them and did not use due to the unique climate conditions. Summer temperatures below 5-7 degrees than 10 km from the sea, and vice versa in the winter warmer by 4-6 degrees.

The house has 5 bedrooms, designed for comfortable accommodation 9-10 people. 3 large double beds, 2 single beds, one bunk bed and a chair-bed.

Wonderful Place

Spent 7 nights as a family in this wonderful property in its stunning location. The immediate responses to questions etc was exceptional including a request to clean the pool mid stay. A lovely and private beach within walking distance including beach side two bars/restaurants. Spar is a much longer walk but well stocked. Overall would be delighted to return and stay here again. Thank you.

The view from the property is unbelievable. Photographs alone cannot do it justice.our group of six, ages 64-70 years old spent a lot of time in the mornings and evening sitting on the back porch gazing across the beautiful hillsides, the sea and the skies. Our first night we were treated to an hours long thunder and lightning storm that rivaled any fireworks show!The property provides plenty of great spaces for gathering inside and out. All of the amenities made our stay go smoothly. Alex is a tremendous host, always responding quickly to answer our questions.We spent a full day relaxing and enjoying the spectacular beach at the bottom of the hill. Great location - starting point - for day trips to discover Costa Brava. We had a fantastic four night stay. We could have stayed for a month!

A great Villa all round

Lovely Villa for a family holiday, very well equipped, owner helpful and responsive to all our needs, good location with wonderful view from the terrace, short walk to beach, bar and restaurant, shops a short drive. Would recommend without hesitation!

The perfect house.

Loved Tossa de Mar and this lovely, well-appointed, house with beautiful views. Be sure to walk (or drive) down to the little beach in the neighbourhood. There’s a nice little cafe down there. Note: steep climb to walk back up.

Lovely Costa Brava home

We had a very nice time at this house. The pictures are accurate - the views are fantastic. The pool was perfect for cooling off and had a view of the ocean as well. The beach is walkable, as is the grocery store, but you may want a car to bring back groceries. The restaurant at the beach is very nice with good food, but other restaurants you would have to drive to or take the bus. The house is located close to Tossa De Mar, which has shopping, a castle, beaches and good restaurants.

Beautiful villa in nice urbanization (but noisy)

Spacious villa with great views over the sea, and with a large swimming-pool. Located in Santa Maria de Llorell, which is a nice urbanization under pine-trees that slopes down towards a beautiful small beach at 300 metres from the villa. Villa is very comfortable, owner is responsive. We had a great stay, but there was a lot of building activity in the vicinity, with loud noises from drilling etc. between 8 am and 6 pm.

Excellent family holiday

There were 10 of us which stayed at the villa - 6 adults and 4 children (4 and under). It was very well catered for children with toys and an outdoor play area which was very well used. The area and view is beautiful and it is in walking distance to a lovely beach and two restaurants. There was a Spar to get food and essentials which was a 20 minute walk away. We got a taxi into Tossa De Mar which Alex helped us organise - this wasn’t the easiest due to it being a large group. Alex was a fantastic host and answered any queries we had very quickly. Overall it was a fantastic family holiday.

Family vacation

We very much enjoyed our family vacation with a total of 10 people in this beautiful setting. We were very fortunate with the weather in October and were able to swim in the sea and pool. The beach is a short walk down hill we crystal clear water. The kids loved jumping off the rocks and scuba diving. The beach bar was closing beginning of October but that was not of importance to us. Tossa de Mar is a 10minute drive away and offers all amenities of a beach resort town (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc). We also went to Barcelona which is a good 1hour drive by car. The villa itself is perfect for families. We loved the setting in the hills overlooking the sea, the large terrace and much space for everyone. However if travelling with small children please keep in mind that the pool area is open and there always needs to be an adult watching when the kids play outside. The pool is very deep on one side (3m or so) which was a plus for our kids who were swimmers and happy about jumping in. Check in and out and overall communication with the host Alex was very fast and easy. Can only recommend.

Beautiful villa with stunning views, ample space for large family (we were 7 adults & 1 toddler). Private pool with slide, terrace & bbq. Wi-fi worked well. We were extremely happy & had a wonderful stay there. Alexandre was an excellent host & provided information for check in & out, plus left groceries & items to start us off which was a nice surprise. Even champagne & chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary. He was very quick to respond & give advice regarding anything we needed including cabs, supermarkets & property. Deserves 4.5 out of 5 but unable to give this. Highly recommend a car as urbanisation nice but difficult to walk around as very hilly especially in the heat. Very difficult to park near the beaches within urbanisation as so busy so we were unable to visit with a toddler. Never worked out where to get bus into town or timetable so either drove or paid for cabs. Only 5 sunbeds so need more. Air conditioning needed throughout as very hot in one bedroom & main living room without it. I would suggest a folder with more information on the area & map would have been helpful including bus details, cab companies, ditto train, sights & places of interest. Appreciate can obtain this via Google.

Wir haben unsere Zeit extrem genossen! Sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt für die Familie. Best family spot!

We absolutely loved this home! We were traveling to Blanes for a wedding with our family and young children (10 mo, 2 years, and 5 years) and we were looking for a home good for our kids. We picked this home because of the pool and closeness to the beach. But it was so much more! When it says family friendly, it was better than we could have imagined - a crib, high chair, kids room with bunk beds, and drawers full of toys! A swing set, princess castle outside, filled with more toys. There were step stools for the kids for each sink, and even a small potty seat for our two year old. I could not have picked a better home for our family. And then of course, the view was perfect, a wonderful terrace, a gorgeous beach in walking distance, and a short drive to Tossa de Mar. We loved our experience! We are grateful for Alex and all his help!

Les points positifs : grande et spatieuse villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, les petites attentions du propriétaire à l'arrivée : vin mousseux,ect. toutefois La villa n'est pas climatisée comme indiqué : seules trois des cinq chambres le sont - deux salles de bains et non pas trois, la piscine mérite une révision (carrelage ) deux transats très usagés -

Merci pour vos commentaires. La Description indique que les trois chambres ont des climatiseurs qui donnent sur le côté ensoleillé, ainsi qu'une chambre d'enfant. La piscine est nettoyée par une entreprise responsable-2 fois par semaine. La Description indique également que la maison a 2 salles de bains et une toilette, pas trois salles de bains. Wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie dort verbracht, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (0-6 Jahre) Die Beschreibung des Hauses hat gepasst. Die Ausstattung war gut, es war soweit alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Haus bzw. die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es liegt ein "alter Geruch" in der Luft- alle Schränke usw. sind aber sehr sauber gewesen. Die Spülmaschine war leider defekt, aber Alex hat sofort eine neue besorgt und war sehr bemüht erstmal eine alternative zur Verfügung zu stellen. Alex war via SMS immer sofort zu erreichen und innerhalb weniger Minuten am Haus. Die Aussicht ist ein wahrer Traum und die Bucht sehr ruhig. Das Bistro am Strand ist ganz nett- aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Liegen und Schatten sucht man dort auch vergebens. Die Fahrt nach Loret dauert ca 20 Minuten- nach Tossa ca 10 Minuten. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht die vieles wieder "wett macht" :-)

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ja, einige Möbel sind antik und nicht sehr neu. Die Betten sind natürlich neu. Wir werden Schlüsse für die Zukunft ziehen und antike Möbel mit einem speziellen Lack abdecken

Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Für unseren Familienaufenthalt war das Haus perfekt! Genügend Platz, auch für schlechtes Wetter, das wir leider im April hatten. Die Kinder freuten sich über die Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer und das kleine Spielhäuschen im Garten. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch mit Kindern gut machbar. Das nächste Mal kommen wir gerne wieder und versuchen eine wettersicherere Zeit zu finden.

Vue exceptionnelle !!!

Très bon séjour dans la maison d'Alexander, un hôte très réactif et disponible.Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. De plus, la maison est très bien équipée (cuisine, linge, mobilier extérieur) et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire des balades et profiter d'une plage tranquille. Il vaut mieux être sportif car il y a beaucoup de dénivelé et c'est ce qui permet d'avoir la belle vue surplombant la mer.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir sind als Familie mit Enkelkind gereist. Das Haus ist sehr familienfreundlich mit Spielsachen, Schaukel, Babybett, Hochstuhl. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Direkter Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, man findet alles was man braucht und mehr. Der Vermieter ist schnell vor Ort, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Fragen per WhatsApp wurden sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort umgehend beantwortet. Zum Strand ist es ein ca. 10 Minütigen Fußmarsch. Dort findet man eine kleine Strandbar und einen durch Felsen geschützten Privatstrand. Nach Tossa de mar ca. 3 km und nach Llorett de mar ca. 7 km. Preis Leistung top, klare Empfehlung 👍😃
