Mattheos House is set on the first level of Zoulis Apartments, accessed by an exterior staircase.
It consists of an open plan area with dining table, sofa bed, kitchen with cooker and fridge, a family bathroom / wc and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a double and the second one a twin, they both have got sea view balconies with the necessary sitting facilities, for anyone who wishes to enjoy a morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.

Simply perfect!

Kalami is a beautiful spot with stunning sea views, and the accommodation couldn’t have been more perfect for the three of us. It was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. The air conditioning was excellent and made it very comfortable. Even during a long power cut, the tour company were so attentive, checking in and keeping us updated, which gave real peace of mind. We loved the easy access to the beach and restaurants – it all made for a wonderful holiday.

Great stay

The apartment was perfect forour needs . Very impressed with the cleanliness plus the med week clean . The bathroom is very large and a great shower . The location is perfect - just steps to the beach and no hills ! Short walk to tavernas and the supermarket . EOS were very efficient if we had any queries . We would be going again next year but the apartment is already booked .

Lovely Mattheos House

Stayed for a fortnight in Mattheos House and it will not be the last time. The property is in an excellent position overlooking Kalami bay from one side and an amazing mountain view from the other.

Another excellent stay with Eos Villas

This was our second trip to Kalami in Corfu with Eos Villas. The first time we stayed in a neighbouring apartment, which we loved but Mattheos House was even better. Waking up to the view across the bay was the best start to the day. Both bedrooms lead out onto the balcony which was perfectly positioned for the morning sun. We also loved the balconies on two other sides - very useful to dry towels. Eos Villas is a great company to deal with, always quick to respond and very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed in the property for a week and absolutely loved our stay! Check in was very easy, communication was quick and friendly and property had everything we need for a very enjoyable stay. House is just as advertised, in great location (2 minutes from the beach) and very clean. It was further cleaned twice during our stay which was great, you don't get that with many properties on airbnb. The village itself is very beautiful and relaxing with gorgeous beach. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this property for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Near perfect

Mattheos House is in an enviable location in Kalami .The housekeeping undertaken by Agapi was first rate. The linen was spotless.However , as senior citizens , we found the twin bed mattresses and pillows far too hard. Unfortunately the toilet plumbing failed at the start of the holiday which meant manually emptying buckets of water down the toilet and into the cistern. However it was mended in due course and all was fine. Then the air con went from cold to hot in both bedrooms during the night, making sleeping near impossible as the weather was hot and humid. The manager of the villas was very helpful but nevertheless did not get it fixed during our stay which did spoil our vacation slightly .

Very enjoyable stay in this wonderful apartment.

Excellent location, really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the sea enjoyed an early swim most mornings. Also enjoyed walking the 15 minutes to Agni stopping on the way at the most beautiful beach which was always quiet. Fantastic view from the main balcony. Good facilities with WiFi, air conditioning and a fabulous shower.

Location is great, literally 1 minute to the beach

Location is great, literally 1 minute to the beach by private road. Picturesque bay view from both bedrooms. Supermarket, small fish shop, tavernas everything is within few minutes of walking. The apartment itself is quite standard, you have all basic appliances, (I think the only missing thing was microwave), lady downstairs always around to help you.

Idyllic apartment right next to the sea

This apartment was perfect . It was positioned right next to the sea at the quiet end of beautiful Kalami Bay. All facilities within a few minutes walk, no need for a car.Balcony was perfectly positioned looking out to the bay, getting sun in the morning for breakfast and welcoming cooler in the evening.The owner was on hand, we had a small issue with hot water, which was dealt with extremely promptly.I would highly recommend this apartment.

lovely apartment with great views.

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment with a great view from the balcony. It is clean and spacious and has a lovely walk in wardrobe a great bathroom. We had the apartment cleaned once when we were there but we were offered another clean but flet not necessary as only two of us. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine and a huge TV which was a bonus . the walkway outside the apartment was cleaned daily too. The local shop is right underneath the apartment so very convenient. if you walk down the road to the beach it would take 10 mins but there is a cut through right opposite the apartment -lots of steps but much quicker. Dora's taverna just to the right (5mins on main road) when you come out of the apartment was lovely we went 3 times. Anthi was out apartment turn left a good 10 min walk uphill-just past the church-again was lovely but main road in busy. also Mitso on the beach was great as was the new bar overlooking Mitos for late drinks-all in all a great place. would definitely go back- but pebble beach so remember your beach shoes for swimming and buy or take snorkels.-if you follow some of the little paths you can climb to the little beaches-no shade but much quieter.

This is a gorgeous apartment, luxuriously equipped and with a million dollar view of bay and mountains beyond. If you have mobility issues it is a steep climb up from the beach and it’s location right above main road into Corfu means there is a bus stop and minimarket right on your doorstep, but also traffic noise during the day. Dimitrios most welcoming and helpful and accommodation very clean. Would recommend.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van onze vakantie op Corfu. Heel vriendelijk ontvagen door Dimitri. Samen met zijn ouders, broer en zussen beheren ze een aantal appartementen, een supermarkt en de verhuur van autos. Voor vragen kan je altijd bij een van hen terecht. De suite is van allerlei gemakken voorzien. Een goed uitgeruste keuken, een mooie badkamer, een goed bed, een bank die lekker zit en gratis wifi. Corfu in mei is heel mooi. Niet te warm en het eiland wordt nog niet overspoeld door toerisme.Het eiland is niet zo groot, dus kan je heel veel zien als je een auto huurt. Met een bootje langs de kustlijn is ook zeer aan te raden. Het uitermate leuke strandje in Nisaki is op tien minuten lopen van het appartement. Een nadeel, de suite ligt aan een doorlopende weg. Maar al het moois om je heen maakt o zoveel goed. "

Thank you for great holiday

Villa is very easy to find as it is located along the main road. It is 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach Nissaki, ideal for a family with kids. The owner is very kind and react immediately on the whole matter, whether they are related with housing or car, boat rental or organization the tour on island. It was one of the best family holidays because of the beautiful nature and very nice people.
