Boutique style stone house (from the 1887)

A spacious (110 sq.m.), boutique-style stone house (from the 1887) fully renovated- inspired from my trips all over the world, equipped with brand new furniture from California and Hawaii, hand crafted items from the Greek islands—located in the center of the town just a 5 minute walk from the harbor and taverns, grocery shops, gift shops, banks, cafeterias —perfectly suited to families with young children and vacationers seeking housing with easy access. The house was carefully designed in every detail in order to achieve a relaxed atmosphere and provide us the opportunity to chill out, so if you share the same concern with us, this is the place to be.
This house offers a spacious living room with LED TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (oven, toaster ,washing machine ,fridge ) and a dining table for six . There are 2 sleeping areas (one with a double bed in a separate bedroom and another with one single bed and one couch/double-size bed in separate rooms.
There are two separate bathrooms, equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, soap, etc.
The house is equipped with two brand new air conditioning systems (hot and cold).
The large living room provides one couch and one sofa bed .
Deckchairs and a wooden table are supplied to enjoy your coffee or your late night drink at this picturesque environment under the companion of the stars.
The house sleeps 4-5 people. Free WiFi Internet access is available.
The nearest beach is no more than 15 minutes of walk/just a 5 minute drive by car/motorbike/taxi.
A bus service every 20 minutes tours the island or a taxi is nearly always available.
The pass of Poros is magical surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and lemon trees.
The beauty of this place has impressed and has been praised by prominent literary people
such as the nobelist Giorgos Seferis, Kosmas Politis, Kostis Palamas, Ioulia Dragoumi and the American writer Henry Miller. Poros is just one hour from the port of Athens.
Activities on Poros island : Water skiing, canoeing, sailing, yacht chartering, paragliding, banana boat, jet ski. There are many archaeological places of interest to visit. The beaches are all sandy and have at least one restaurant. Sun beds and parasols are available for hire.
