Opened in April 2016 the apartments enjoy prime position on the Riviera from where we take our name and from where life in on the Dalmatian coast is best enjoyed. The Riviera, or Riva, has long been a central part of the lives of local residents in all seaside towns and the Riva has evolved into a charming fusion of enchanting sightseeing and authentic daily living. The Riva is a reflection of Splits urban identity and as such the Riva is so much more than than a physical location – it is part of the very soul of Croatian seaside living.

In Split, Riva Agava and Riva Palma are neighbouring apartments on the second floor of a lovely four story stone clad building directly on the extensive Split Riva, which is the largest and most famous Riva in Croatia. Although boasting separate entrances and unique identities, the two apartments can be combined to form a large spacious apartment we have called Riva Luka.
