Relax at the beach in this beautiful beach front vacation home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico which can sleep up to 10 people. This unit has recently been renovated, including installation of granite counter tops in the kitchen and new appliances, new paint on the interior and exterior of the home, an updated outdoor deck.

This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom beachfront house will provide you with all the luxuries you will need during your vacation. With a large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and an expansive outdoor deck with private beach access there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax during your vacation.

The master bedroom features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The other 2 guest bedrooms will feature king sized beds, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms. There is a half bathroom located in the hallway by the utility room.

The large updated kitchen will provide amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and its pristine white sandy beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space to prepare your meal on large granite counter tops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table that can seat up to six people.

Located in the living room you will find a large flat screen TV, DVD Player, sofa, and double futon couch. An electric fireplace, also in the living room, will provide guest with a relaxing ambiance after day spent in the sun. This unit also has high speed wireless internet.

The spacious sun deck provides relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and views of breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the lounge chairs or eat al-fresco at the outdoor dining table.

This home is centrally located in Panama City Beach and is within walking distance to Pier Park. Pier Park features shopping, dining and entertainment. You are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew’s State Park, Gulf World Marine Park, walking distance to Aaron Bessant Park and only 1 mile to Frank Brown Park.

Great location.

Check was very easy but we could not get in until 4:00 exactly, then the code would work. The kitchen was well equipped but some of the pans were dirty, so next time I will bring my own skillet and spatula. But the house was nice it just needed a little cleaning.

Right on the beach! Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Walmart was close so we were able to shop for food. Many restaurants around to choose from. Big living space with TVs in each room. There were ants coming out of the outlet near the sink. It’s the beach so it wasn’t unacceptable. We just didn’t put anything open on the counter. Outside faucet was perfect for finishing feet off. Chairs on the back desk were sturdy and great to sit in watching the sun rise and sun set.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed this place so well and we plan on returning. The location is perfect for walking or bike riding to lots of stores and restaurants. The only suggestions would be to cover part or all of the back deck, and replace the dining chairs, they are wobbly held together with screws, could be unsafe for heavier guests.

Beautiful view!

My husband and I stayed at this house for bike week with his brother and sister in law. The location was perfect for us. The views are fantastic! The house is nice, clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at the house, and most of the things we needed to cook with were there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best 35th Anniversary Ever

Wow I’ll try to keep this short. But we had a fantastic time. The check in was easy and amazing. The view was out of this world. It was so incredibly relaxing. The walks on the beach was right out your back door. You can walk to pier park or if you wanted some good seafood just walk across the street to Dusty’s. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Beachfront House

I loved everything about this house. It was larger than expected. The location is perfect. My only concerns were the missing and loose boards on the balcony rail. It was really unsafe for our little ones to be outside. I cant wait to rent this house again in the future.

Good location and directly on the beach

It was in a good location and directly on the beach. There was a dead cockroach in one of the rooms when we arrive and to live cockroaches during our stay. The master bathroom needs to be updated. There was tap n the tube but it didn’t interfere with taking a bath.. We enjoyed staying at the house there were just the minor issues already stated.

Great beach house with a great location

The house was great. Only 2 complaints that could be fixed with ease. There were only a few towels and a couple of wash cloths so we had to go buy some. Secondly we had to go 30-40 minutes one way to get the keys and to drop them off....a combination lock would've saved us at least an hour checking in and checking out.

Not what I expected

The description says newly remodeled but it is exactly the same as 2 years ago. I was disappointed that the floors were extremely sandy, there were roaches in the bedroom, the tub in the bedroom on the left doesn’t hold water, the faucet in the master bedroom shower fell off in my hand, no bath mats in any of the bathrooms, the patio furniture has rusty places and looks terrible, cookware needs replaced, could not get the TV’s in the bedrooms to work and one was completely disconnected.

The place was overall ok, the master and half bath toilet both need new flush valves had to stop them manually each time. The televisions in the front two bedrooms had no cable the entire time we were there, there weren't any washcloths at all however there were bath towels, on our 2nd day a nice lady brought us 4 washcloths for 5 people. We went and bought more, overall it was all good.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Now. The only issue we had was with the tv in the living room. It did not have good enough signal so you could watch tv. Even though this issue was not resolved, we still had a fun time. The house is in a great location on the beach.

Wonderful location

The location was awesome. We had the back to ourselves the entire time. The house was as described in the listing. Will Def stay here again. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the shower in the master bedroom did not have any hot water, also the sink in the kitchen didn't have hot water either. We just used the other showers which worked right.

Needs a little TLC

Fantastic location and will book again but…….a few things need improving. Outside water for washing feet did not work, only 1 dish towel in the kitchen, master bedroom exterior door did not seal when closed, no pitcher for the blender, no bath cloths in any of the bathrooms.

On the Beach

We enjoyed this property located right on the beach. Outside of a few people strolling by, we had the whole beach area behind the house to ourselves. Loved the deck, the equipped kitchen and open living dining area. Like that each bedroom had a private bath. Getting to and from everything was super easy. IWe recommend this cute bungalow.

Girls’ Trip

Loved the location. Just steps to the beach. House was all that was described. Sitting on the deck at night and morning with the beach in front of us was a treat. Sunning on the beach with the water at our toes was even better. Will definitely stay again. These 67 year old ladies had a blast!

Great location

This was the perfect vacation house for us. Great location - we practically had the beach to ourselves and it was mid-July peak season. The house was just perfect and had everything we needed. We were within walking distance to Dusty’s Oyster Bar so that’s a big plus. Would definitely book this house again.
