In the southern districts of Marseille, in the heart of the village of Mazargues, rent maisonette type 2/3 duplex (1 living room with sofa bed and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor / 1 room with kitchen + 1 small terrace on the ground floor) fully air conditioned and equipped. Independent terraced house (no building) typical Mazarguaise with exposed beams, cast iron wood stove deco, floor tiles. Many activities: beach, fishing, diving, sailing, naturism, tennis, between 2 and 3 kilometers. departures of hiking, about 2.5 kms (Luminy site, creeks) and beaches. Nearby, Velodrome stadium, Borely Park, golf, Hippodrome, Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. All shops and services in the neighborhood. Nearby visits: Cassis, Aubagne, Aix-en-Provence, Frioul Islands and Château d'If. Pets welcome with prior authorization.
Capacity: Ideal 2 people, possibility 4 people.
Rental by the week, fortnight or month (decreasing rates). Short stays possible (minimum 2 nights) outside summer.

Un court séjour des plus agréables dans la maisonnette Chez Thierry, dans le calme et charmant quartier de Mazargues. Accueillies par Marie, notre chaleureuse hôtesse, dans cette ancienne petite maison de pêcheur dont l'âme et le charme font la difference et pour autant très fonctionnelle. Commerces et transports en commun à deux pas. Merci pour l'accueil et les indications de transport à l'arrivée. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Rundum vollstens zufrieden

Supersüßes, mit Hingabe dekoriertes, gemütliches Häuschen in angenehm lebendiger Umgebung. Von dort aus lassen sich wunderbar sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch die Küste (in den Calanques) erreichen. Sauberkeit war gegeben und bis auf Bedienungsschwierigkeiten der Klimaanlage hat alles funktioniert. Sehr flexibler und sympathischer Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen.

Casa tipica ed accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Suggerisco di cambiare il materasso della camera da letto e di fornire asciugamani da bagno più grandi.

Merci de votre appréciation. Nous avons été ravies de vous accueillir à la maisonnette. Le matelas de la chambre a été changé en février 2018... Quant au linge de maison que ce soit les draps ou le linge de toilette, il est compris dans le tarif, donc laissé à disposition gratuitement... Toutefois, nous avons pris votre remarque en considération et nous allons mettre des serviettes de toilette plus grandes.
