A beautiful, villa nestled on the breath-taking peninsula of Egmont, Mont View is the ideal home from home getaway. Stunning views



Designed by Orlando Brizan - one of Grenada’s top architects, Mont View boasts panoramic sea views and stunning landscaped gardens with a large private pool to the rear of the property. The house is 6400 ft² situated over 3 floors and includes a balcony seating area looking out over the beautiful Egmont Bay. The house includes:

 A large master suit complete with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and wardrobes. This bedroom also has its own balcony overlooking the lovely ocean views.

 Four more large double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite:
To the main house there are two double rooms and one twin which can be converted into a further double. Each room comes complete with comfortable beds and wardrobes.
A private room, located away from the others is accessed from the garden area and features panoramic views of the bay and gardens. This room has its own en-suite bathroom.

 Two fully furnished living areas overlooking the stunning views of Egmont Bay. There is Wi-Fi accessible in all living areas and a smart TV in the main living room with access to Netflix.

 A large open plan kitchen area including lots of working space, an American style fridge/freezer and cooking facilities. There is also a separate dining room to the side of the kitchen area.

 The house has a laundry room which includes a washing machine.

 All rooms are air-conditioned. The house is cleaned twice weekly and the pool maintained weekly (these services can be increased at a small extra cost)

 Pick up or a meet and greet from the airport is Included you will be greeted by our Rep who will have the property keys and take you directly to the Villa . . ** contact us after your have booked and we will arrange this for you.

Return to the airport can be arranged at an extra cost.

We do suggest that you hire a car once you are settled in so you can enjoy Grenada to its full potential.

Egmont is a small, tranquil peninsula off the coast of Grenada accessed by a bridge from the mainland. It has a relaxing, off the beaten track feel that is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to easily access all what Grenada has to offer. It is a 15-minute drive from Maurice Bishop airport and the famous Grand Anse Beach which offers soft sands and a perfect place to swim in the ocean. The capital St George’s is also only a short drive away and there are a large array of shops, restaurants and bars close by.
Egmont offers stunning views surrounded by nature and features its own small beach. Mont View is a short 10-minute walk away from the Phare Bleu Marina – a great location with its own bar, restaurant, swimming pool, mini market, and beach. We also have a travel cot for young children.

Everything was wonderful! We couldn’t have asked for more. Absolutely the best VRBO experience, ever. The hosts were great communicators and their staff and arrangements were great. Their property manager patiently waited for us at the airport (rental car incompetence) and then she led us to the gorgeous and complete home, which was complete with everything! She was thorough as she walked us through and we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Their most pleasant, efficient and helpful housekeeper, Rhonda, was a dream. She was easy to talk to, offered great assistance and suggestions and kept the place spotless. Like other Grenadians, she was happy, friendly and a real joy. The home was everything we could have hoped for, and more! As described, it was a bit remote, and island driving is a challenge, but worth it. Someone quite nearby (sound travels) had a bunch of very active barking dogs that were annoying, which, unfortunately, is nothing that was probably preventible. Nonetheless, we always felt safe, comfortable and enjoyed the open-air layout and constant lovely breeze. Clean, beautiful and ideal, with all amenities and personal contact. Thank you so much, Lesley & Jacky! It was a pleasure and quite appreciated. A wonderful vacation! We would surely return, and look forward to hearing more about your future plans. The host was very responsive. Amenities were good. I made our reservation during 2025 and our communications somehow disappeared. How do I access them? I wish I have known the road conditions before making car reservations. It would be smart to put door/window screens to prevent bugs coming in… AC were available in the bedrooms.

This is absolutely a beautiful property that totally exceeded our expectations. The views can’t be beat and the layout of the property allowed everyone their own space and privacy . It also seemed sound proof as I didn’t even hear my two rambunctious grandsons down in one of the living areas while I was upstairs sleeping!The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to any request, and property manager Sheliza and housekeeper Ronda were both friendly and helped make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

Unser Aufenthalt in Egmont View war absolut traumhaft! Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Auch die Badezimmer haben uns begeistert – sie waren nicht nur sehr schön gestaltet, sondern auch groß und sehr komfortabel.Die Küche war super gut ausgestattet und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen, egal ob für ein schnelles Frühstück oder ein ausgiebiges Abendessen. Im Haus selbst gab es viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, sodass jeder seinen perfekten Platz zum Entspannen finden konnte. Auch draußen – sowohl auf den Balkonen als auch rund um den Pool – gab es genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, um die wunderschöne Umgebung in Ruhe zu genießen.Der Pool war ein besonderes Highlight: super schön, sehr gepflegt und genau in der richtigen Größe, um sich abzukühlen oder einfach nur darin zu treiben.

Fantastic location, spacious home, wonderfully cool and breezy on the verandah, panoramic views you can neverget tired of. Towels were plentiful, we used the washing facilites which worked very well. Unfortunately, the property has many windows which were not in working order, making it very uncomfortable to be inside. The master bedroom toilet was not working properly, the bed in the master bedroom was bowing in the middle. This was rectified quickly via the property manager Sheliza, who was extremely helpful in getting this fixed over a few days. The two seater rattan chair on the verandah was also broken and unsafe to sit on, this again was reported to Sheliza who said she would inform the owner. We cooked several times, whilst the kitchen was well equipt, some basic items were missing i.e dishes to bake something in. On the whole it was a comfortable stay. oroperlyorderotderorderorder,making

Amazingly spacious Villa

It was a great place for our group of 8. At no point did we feel cramped. The villa was what we expected and it had everything we needed. They were so kind to have some essentials waiting for us in the refrigerator. Ms Ronda and Sheliza made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a spacious, no fuss accommodation for their stay in Grenada. A vehicle is necessary for this villa.

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband and I and our friends just stayed at Egmont View for a week. We absolutely loved the house! The pool and the view are amazing. Sheliza (the property manager) is lovely and extremely responsive and helpful. They had a housekeeper come twice while we were there, and she was also such a nice person. They also had a pool cleaner come once, and the pool was always spotless. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Grenada.

Wonderful Villa in Egmont

This is a fantastic place to stay. Communication with host was generally good. There were a few times that it seemed a bit terse, but I'm guessing it's because the owner was texting. He did always answer my questions and was very prompt with replies. The house is lovely, roomy and as described. It does get quite warm in the living areas during the day but the bedrooms all have AC and there is generally a nice breeze on the balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we enjoyed eating all of our meals there. Rhonda, the housekeeper, was very friendly. Shelize, the house manager, was also very friendly and helpful and met us at the airport to guide us to the house. The one thing I'd like to mention is that the house is a solid 20-25 minutes to the airport, St. George's and main beaches. We had a rental car but driving in Grenada is definitely not for the faint of heart! If I had to do it again, I would probably pick somewhere a bit closer to town since we went there several times during the week that we stayed. But, if you are looking for somewhere a bit further out, this is a very good choice. The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe. There is a small beach that is a short walk from the house which gave my exploring teenage sons something to do and it's just a short walk (though very hilly!) to Le Phare Bleu which has great food and is another activity if you don't want to drive.

Loved it. From the beginning we were well looked after. Sheliza, the prop manager was very helpful and always on hand for any issues which were very few. The breeze thro the villa was a blessing as no AC in living areas only bedrooms. Thanks to Sue Ann for Lee the place clean.And an huge thankyou to Lasley, our taxi driver. Pool, bathrooms, utility room, views and location excellent but rest of Villa tired looking. Sunloungers and cushions need updating. There is no option for dining outside so breakfast and suppers had to be taken inside. Housekeeper and Shelize very efficient. Also check with the owners before booking that the building works next door have finished.

Amazing breezes

We stayed for 8 nights. The property can use some updates but for the price it is amazing. The breeze on the balcony and in the yard was spectacular. The house is very warm but the bedrooms all have AC that makes sleeping easy. I would not recommend getting a vehicle but hire a driver for your needs. I returned our car after getting 2 flats on day one. Would recommend the house for a group.

Weak on maintenance.

It is obvious the owner hasn’t dealt with maintenance in a long time. Most of the window screens were either torn or missing. Some of the cooking gear needs to be replaced, specifically the nonstick pans. The grill/BBQ needs to be replaced or new burners put in. The new air conditioning unit in the master bedroom worked one night out of seven. The place was clean. The location was good and a good view from all balconies. The management did try to fix AC but could not. Management was quick to respond and very nice.

Was exactly what we wanted! Large house able to accommodate us all. In a secluded area with stunning views down into the bay off that patio. Perfect for your morning coffee, yoga or swims which were all taken advantage of! Check in/out was painless, and communication was easy. Sueann the cleaner was there multiple times over our stay as well which was an added touch! Would stay here again.

View is amazing. We enjoyed the patio and pool. If there isn’t a breeze, the patio was too hot. Listing is a little misleading. All rooms are not air conditioned, only the bedrooms are. The Master bedroom didn’t get cool enough. The windows by the balcony on the upper floor couldn’t be opened so there was no breeze in the living area. There is no clothes dryer. We had to hang dry our clothes. The house keeper was very sweet and did a good job. The pool was very clean. The outside areas needed to be swept up more. I would recommend that the check out procedures be printed out. We had a miscommunication with that. Overall our stay was fine.
