Apartment EP7 is a charming two-bedroom space with a relaxed, creatively styled interior. It features two small balconies and access to a shared, greenery-filled rooftop terrace.

The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed that can also be arranged as two singles. One additional guest can sleep on the single sofa bed (200×80) in the living room.

This fully equipped apartment also offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

Laundry facilities are located on the rooftop and are shared with the other two apartments in the building.

EP7 is on the first floor and accessible via staircase: 25 steps to the apartment and an additional 19 steps to reach the rooftop terrace

Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Great stay in Psirri!

From booking to arriving, everything was really well-organized and accurate. Lia & Costas were very helpful w/ arrival and throughout w/ our questions. The apt was very clean, stocked w/ coffee & tea, very close to shops, restaurants and sites.

Great communication with our hosts. Good location for getting to other areas but neighborhood was very sketchy and rundown. All doors within apartment were glass therfore anyone who was up earlier than others woke them by turning on a light. Beds were comfy, but bedrooms were not fully renovated and neither was living room but were acceptable. Bathroom and kitchen were great

Wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable apartment I Psyrri. Large, quiet and safe but only a 5 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. We had a week in the apartment and it was great to use it as a base as everything from Parthenon, Ancient Agora to Plaka is an easy walk and it was a short walk to the metro for day trips out of the city. The area of Psyri is a bit run down and has a lot of street art, some could be put off by this, we found it wonderful. All Athenians were so friendly including Lia and the apartment team. No complaints about the beds or rooms. Spacious and with a well equipped kitchen.Rooftop terrace is great however it is shared with the ground floor apartment. No problem there, but if you have gone to bed and the people from the other apartment decide to use the rooftop after midnight and spend an hour dragging chairs around it can be very annoying as it is directly over the bedroom. The only slight negative which didn't impact on our great stay

An oasis very close to Psyrri restaurants and nightlife

This property is a full, private apartment (top to bottom), quiet and hidden away on a side street in Psyrri. Psyrri is definitely the place to be for outstanding restaurants and nightlife. To be honest, the immediate neighborhood has graffiti and beat-up buildings (like many in Athens), but this particular street is a bit nicer, with an attractive, newer condo across the street. The kitchen and bathroom are top notch and well-appointed, and the unit is very roomy, with comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. There is a lot of airflow from large windows/doors which open on both sides (full balcony with seating on inner side). There are a lot of plants and greenery which also help to set it apart from the rest of the street. There is a very private rooftop terrace (again with a lot of greenery), accessed by internal stairs - a great place to hang out after a busy day, before heading out to a fabulous meal in Psyrri. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and we would advise taking them up on their offers of taxi service (very reasonable and much easier than navigating on your own). We had a fabulous 1-week stay and would highly recommend this property.

Mitten im Zentrum, dennoch ruhig

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Psyrri. Das Apartment war blitzsauber und gut eingeteilt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, es gibt viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem bietet das Apartment wohltuende Ruhe nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. Super!

Großzügiges Apartment mit riesiger Dachterrasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, in einem sehr guten Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Highlight ist die riesige Dachterrasse, die zur Wohnung gehört. Dort konnten wir morgens in der Sonne sitzen und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Au premier regard l’environnement de l’appartement est surprenant. Les premières choses que l’on voit sont les tags mais en y regardant mieux on constate qu’il y a surtout des graphes et certains sont vraiment réussis. En fait on est dans un quartier à la fois alternatif et aussi touristique avec pour preuve le nombre impressionnant de restaurants. Aucun problème de sécurité. L’appartement est particulièrement bien agencé, décoré et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie est de qualité. Outre la proximité des restaurants la première station de métro est à une distance raisonnable en mètres, en temps les nombreuses terrasses de bar rallongent. Une bonne adresse.

Long weekend in Athens

Great apartment in a great area. The apartment is spotlessly clean and in really good order. The roof terrace is a huge perk (although would be even better if there were a couple of sun loungers, as well as the table and chairs)! Four of us stayed for 3 nights and there was plenty of space. You are in walking distance of so many bars and restaurants, it’s a really cool area. The only downside is it can be a little noisy in the bedroom at the front because of street noise, but nothing major and that you wouldn’t expect from staying in the city centre. The team who organise the letting are really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment especially for travellers without young children. Would stay again.

Value for money.

The apartment looks awful from the outside, covered by graffiti and with a skip containing building materials on the doorstep. The place was clean and well equipped and the beds the right size for a 2 meter Dane! The administration staff were very helpful. Slight drawbacks were the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi and noise from renovation of the basement of the building ( started at 8 am, but the admin staff did get them to stop when emailed and reminded we were there). For space and comfort, very great value.

Excellent for a short stay in Athens

Central to the Acropolis and main tourist areas, this apartment was a great base to visit Athens from. WiFi and air con were good, two huge beds and a lots of outside space to relax in. The outside looks quite dodgy, but it is literally 2 streets away from cafes and tavernas and quite safe. Would recommend for a small family/ couples to visit the city. Customer service was excellent, Costas/Yannis/Michalis arranged for transfers and took really good care of us. Would recommend to anyone.
