The apartment has just been renovated and consists of:
- Living room: With 2 stylish, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, desk, chair, dining table with 6 chairs, clubs, diamonds, wine glasses, radiators, air conditioning and large windows with spectacular ocean views.
- Bedroom number 1 Room with unobtainable and incomparable sea view, very comfortable double bed, two chairs, a large wardrobe, mirror, night tables, heaters and air conditioning.
- Bedroom number 2 Bedroom with large bed for two people, wardrobe, ironing board and iron, bedside tables and lots of silence to relax the best.
- Main bathroom with phono, sink, bidet, toilet, shower, washing machine, toilet paper and clean, towels included.
- Secondary Bathroom with phono, sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, toilet paper, soap and clean towels free.
- Kitchen with kitchenette, table, chairs, bench, refrigerator, freezer, corner cupboards, plates, glasses, cutlery, kettle, toaster and every utensil of widespread utility.
- Garden with oranges tree, decorated tiles, table and chairs for eating outdoors, wall, ceramics of Caltagirone and breathtaking view of the volcano Mount Etna and the sea.

Fabrizio met us on arrival and helped with our cases and explained the layout and workings of the apartment and was very helpful with any queries raised. The quality of the apartment was second to none and is as described with absolutely fantastic scenic view down to Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna. We would highly recommended a stay at this gorgeous spot where you are in close proximity to all local spots and don’t forget to go further up the hill to Castelmola where we found excellent family home cooked food.

The unit was excellent in most ways but we thought it would have been nice to have a refresh of sheets and towels once in a 15 day stay. The host was very good in helping us navigate some public transport issues. The view from our windows was spectacular both in the day and impressive at night. A working toaster would have been helpful.

Fantastic view

Beautiful apartment with a view of coastal area and Mt Etna. Spacious and clean. Getting into town does require walking many stairs but it is worth the walk. We walked into town then took a taxi home each day.

LOVELY VIEW

It did not appear that the apartment was cleaned after last renters. There was flour or something like it all over the floor near the patio. Otherwise, this was a lovely quiet apartment.

Thanks for the review. On cleaning, obviously everything had been thoroughly cleaned. The one on the patio was not flour but a granular product created specifically to keep away the ants that are attracted by the orange tree in the garden.

Amazing views and lovely terrace

This apartment is a bit out of town but has amazing views and is right on a cheap bus route. There is a lovely bakery a short walk away and we ate out on the terrace under the orange tree watching the world go by and the cruise liners in the bay.The air conditioning works well and is really quiet. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but we found the price good value, excellent bathrooms and shower. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. There are stairs and hills to walk as is true of most areas of Taormina but we loved being above the hustle and bustle of town amongst the locals and will definitely go back and stay here. We stayed for 11 nights and felt properly settled here.

The most beautiful view

We actually got to see Mount Etna make some fire. The view of the coastline and the sea is incomparable. The furnishings are like new. The blood orange tree on the patio dropped oranges every day. The apartment is on the edge of a vertical highway which creates noise all day and night. This was not a problem, except when motorcycles came by. Three items on the description were not available and need to be mentioned. There was no microwave, no dryer, and no coffee machine. Local transportation is almost nonexistent. A car is an essential item.

Ok property. Ok location

The property is light and airy, it’s clean. It’s very spacious and well equipped. Going to the town centre involves quite a lot of stairs, so may not be suitable for some. The host is prompt with responses but we were shocked when he showed us one bedroom and told us we’d only booked one (the other bedroom was locked and apparently incurred an extra charge)This is very annoying as nowhere in the booking procedure did it give you the option of one or two bedrooms. It’s on street parking and not in the garage as stated. Would I stay here again? No I probably wouldn’t

Sorry that guests have misunderstood. The garage is not foreseen but they didn't have a car. In any case it is possible to park for free in front of the house, on the street, there are many places. The announcement does not state that there is an enclosed garage. Guests booked for two. For 4 people a small supplement is required for linen. When asked, they replied that they would pay at the end of the stay. They were given this opportunity but in the end they refused to pay and, without any problem, they were given the requested few euros as a gift.

Gorgeous views!!!

Choosing space over proximity, having 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms was a luxury and the price was right. But the fantastic views from the huge living room picture window and terrace were priceless! With a full kitchen (which also had a small freezer) we were able to prepare a lovely breakfast each morning which we enjoyed on the terrace table under an orange tree! Both the living room and terrace views were full views of Mt. Etna and the beaches below. There were several choices of transportation down to the various destinations such as main street Taormina, central bus terminal for all excursions & hop-on-hop-off busses, various beaches, and beach-Taormina gondola. We chose to use taxis for speed and worry free travel. Just factor in a little extra. Out of a 9 day stay, we booked 3 excursions. In addition, the Greek Theater is local, a short walk off the main street (Corso Umberto). There are countless restaurants and snack bars, most with outdoor seating or ocean view seating for people-watching or view-watching, which became our favorite pass time. We experienced 3 of the beautiful beaches - such crystal clear water! The people are helpful and kind, especially when the same attitude is used by the visitors. We loved the entire visit and would like fo return.

La vacanza tutto sommato e' andata bene. L'appartamento ha una vista spettacolare verso l'Etna e tutta la vallata, l'accoglienza è stata puntuale e precisa, con informazioni adeguate. Ogni nostra richiesta di informazioni ha avuto una risposta. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato una Taormina troppo cara, sia per i parcheggi che per i ristoranti,in tutto comunque. La difficoltà nel trovare il parcheggio dell'auto vicino alla struttura non è da sottovalutare,e a mio parere dovrebbe essere segnalato nella descrizione della struttura.

Vorweg die positiven Eindrücke:- Schöne Aussicht / nice view- Grosse Wohnung, aber billigst eingerichtet / big flat but cheapest interiorNegativ:- Die einzige Strasse der Umgebung führt direkt unmittelbar an der Wohnung vorbei. Aufgrund des Lärms (viel Hupen) ist an Erholung nicht zu denken. Terrasse im Grunde unbenutzbar wegen Lärm und Gestank- Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es KEINEN Parkplatz bei der Wohnung!!!- Der Vermieter fordert einen auf eine sehr teuren Parkservice zu bestellen der das Auto abholt und auf Wunsch wieder bringt- Ungeziefer (Silberfischchen) im Bad und überall Haare der vorherigen GästeCefalu an sich sehr schön, aber auch sehr überlaufen und extrem teuer. Ausgelegt auf Touristenabzocke. Es hätte uns nicht gewundert wenn man für die Luft due man atmet auch nich hätte bezahlen müssen.Fazit: 1 Tagestour völlig ausreichend. Wir mussten den Urlaub abbrechen und uns kurzerhand woanders einmieten, da an Ruhe nicht zu denken war. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel auch im Zeitraum von 0 - 5 Uhr fast unmöglich aufgrund des Verkehrs.
Busses and Lorries drive by in 2m distance from your bedroom. rolladenkästen nicht schallgedämmt, d.h selbst geschlossene Fenster bringen keine Abhilfe.

Vue exceptionnelle

La vue panoramique sur une partie de Taormine, la mer et l'Etna est exceptionnelle, depuis le séjour et la chambre principale. Le lit king-size est confortable. Par contre le lit de la chambre secondaire est petit (largeur 120cm environ) et trop juste pour 2 adultes ou grands enfants.

Bel appartement rénové sur la route de Castelmola, 2 belles salles de bain, terrasse agréable, climatisation en fonctionnement, literie correcte, ligne de bus à 100m Taormine/Castelmola (1/h, 1.90e/aller) bien pratique pour remonter du centre...mais : absence de garage comme proposé sur l'annonce, interdiction de se garer devant la maison selon les autorités locales (amende), et réelles difficultés (en été) pour se garer à proximité. Rejoindre le centre historique par les escaliers est direct et assez rapide (226 marches). Pas de chance, le wifi na pas fonctionné du tout cette semaine là. L'Accueil et la serviabilité de Fabrizio ont été très appréciées.

Bella esperienza, casa con vista mozzafiato su Giardini Naxos, spazi ampi due bagni un terrazzino romantico sul quale cenare sotto le fronde di un arancio…. Da migliorare arredamento salotto e peccato che non ci sia un servizio di cambio lenzuola alla fine di ogni settimana. Il resto, compreso Wi-Fi benissimo

Taormine, une endroit incontournable en Sicile

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute. Il vous donne tous les conseils nécessaires et est très sympatique. L'appartement est très propre, très spacieux et la vue sur l'Etna est juste splendide. Le petit plus est la terasse qui est très agréable. La rue est un peu bruyante (il s'agit de la route qui mène à Castelmola et qui est très passagère). Les plages se trouvent à environ 10-15 mn en voiture et le centre-ville est à 15 mn à pied. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Tolle Aussicht, wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt (Bilder stimmen zu 100% über ein). An Ausstattung fehlte nichts (inkl. Kleinigkeiten wie Servietten etc.). Die zwei Bäder waren ein Traum und die großzügige Terrasse mit dem integrierten Baum und Sicht auf den Etna und Taormina genial. Wer großen Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht und eine top ausgestattete, moderne, große Wohnung legt, kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Danke an Fabrizio, der ein ganz toller Gastgeber war ;). Für alle, die in Wälder groß geworden sind und die absolute Ruhe lieben, sollten wissen, dass die Straße die einzige Verbindung in die Berge ist. Daher ist am Tag schon etwas Verkehr. Hat uns aber nicht davon abgehalten schön gepflegt auf der wunderschönen Terrasse zu frühstücken und den Blick zu genießen. Außerdem waren die italienischen Ausweichmanöver schon sehenswert (Thanks a lot Fabrizio) :). Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter. Voraussetzung... gut zu Fuß sein. Die Altstadt ist zwar nur 300m Luftlinie entfernt, aber eben 300m unter einem. Daher heißt es immer Treppen steigen oder die Schlängelstraße entlanggehen. 5 Sterne für die Wohnung 5 Sterne für die Aussicht auf den Etna und das Meer 5 Sterne Deluxe für Fabrizio und den tollen Tipp für die Nutzung eines Shuttles zum Strand

What makes this property unique

From the moment you arrive, looking at the facade in front of the apartment, it's easy to forget about any problems or other thought staying there, still, to admire the wonderful panorama that stretches from the Bay of Giardini Naxos, the Mount Etna volcano.
A combination of sea and never seen mountains before, especially if directly from the house: on the couch in the living room as from the bed where you sleep and you wake up and the garden where you can also eat happily outdoors.

To all this add up once the fabulous interior. A modern entrance, spacious, comfortable and without any flaw. Ideal for recreation, enjoying the healthy rest.
Two clean bathrooms and equipped with every comfort, as well as two bedrooms which are stupendous from the wonder that you see outside can convince dall'alzarsi.
It not of course lacks the wi-fi and even air conditioning and heaters as heating.
The kitchen is brand new and very convenient to prepare any dish (there are also two market within walking distance) and spices are provided as well as any kind of imaginable tool.
Finally, the terrace is the icing on the cake.
For those arriving by car is also free parking under the house, as well as any other expenses (cleaning, towels, bed linens).
The quality / price ratio is incomparable, it is to swear.
