The patio area is complete with a large table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.

As you enter the front door from under the covered patio, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area, wash room wc and spacious living room with a brick fireplace span the ground floor. Windows allow the light to stream in and patio doors allow easy access to the pool from both the living room and kitchen areas.

The kitchen is completely fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to be able to prepare meals and snacks.

The living room is equipped with a smart HDTV with satellite channels.

Set over 3 floors, the tiled staircase leads downstairs where there are two large bedrooms and spacious family bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. One bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes also features patio doors leading to a private back veranda whilst the other spacious room is equipped with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom is accessed from a separate staircase leading up from the living room. With a double bed, en-suite bathroom complete with basin, walk in shower and WC, and walk in wardrobe, the patio doors lead to a large veranda where views of the Aegean sea and Navarone bay below can be enjoyed from here.

The small beach at Navarone Bay is approximately 800m away whilst there are a number of lovely beaches at Pefkos and Lindos nearby which have full amenities.
