In the ANSE DES ROCHERS area, your apartment is located in one of Guadeloupe’s most beautiful resorts, featuring a nearly private beach and a beachfront restaurant.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa comprising 4 apartments; you’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

In particular, you’ll be able to enjoy a private lagoon with fine sand and a magnificent, fully renovated 1,000 m² infinity pool (one of the largest in Guadeloupe) set in the middle of a private, secure 8-hectare park.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RENTAL: You’ll be staying in a VILLA, offering more peace and quiet and all the comforts you need for a dream holiday. Fully equipped apartment: internet, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, multi-function oven, grill, board games, mosquito nets, masks and snorkels, children’s beach toys, and beach chairs. The nearby basement is also available for storing your luggage.
The residence has a car park with open parking. Since space is limited, the property manager allows only one vehicle per apartment. You will therefore be provided with a pass to park one car there.

A LITTLE EXTRA: All our rates include linens, beach towels, and a private internet connection.
A water reserve has been set up to prevent water outages.

Cet appartement à l'Anse des Rochers est parfait pour un séjour. Nous avons habité une semaine avec beaucoup de plaisir. L'appartement est confortable et très très bien équipé (ce qui est trop rare). On s'y sent à la fois dans un intérieur agréable et vivre à l'extérieur. Le complexe Anse des Rochers en lui-même offre piscine, plage, restaurant, tout pour plaire

L’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien équipé ; il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines début janvier 2020 dans la résidence. Le lieux est bien placé, avec une superbe piscine très apprécié par nos enfants. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien et il est très propre. L'accueil super, reçu par Sonia et son mari qui sont vraiment très accueillants.

Helt fantastiskt på alla vis!

Ett väldigt fräscht boende inrett mycket smakfullt. En underbar utsikt över Atlanten. Ett lugnt och fint område, stranden är vacker och barnvänlig. Restaurangen har ett toppenläge och väldigt god mat. Poolen är alldeles enastående. Leksakerna i förrådet var väldigt uppskattade av barnen. Det är dessutom nära till andra vackra stränder av annan karaktär.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé et où la surface est très bien utilisée Il y a tout le nécessaire (lave-linge,lave_vaisselle,sèche cheveux etc ... Le coin est calme ( nous étions les seuls occupants de tout le batiment ) La piscine est superbe et la petite plage paradisiaque

Très beau studio dans une résidence sympa

Tres beau studio ou l'on se sent comme dans une maison avec un jardin. La résidence a une tres belle plage. L'intérieur est bien décoré dans le style de Marie Galante. Boulanger et camion fast food pour compenser la fermeture du restaurant de la résidence.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlagen

Wir verbrachten im November 2016 eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wenige Minuten bis zum Strand und dem großen, wunderschönen Infinitypool. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Isabelle für die freundliche und schnelle Beantwortung unserer Fragen und danke an Elodie für den netten Empfang bei unserer Ankunft. Un endroit privilégié en dehors du monde

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. C'est un cadre très agréable. La piscine et la plage privée sont paradisiaques ( encore plus belles que sur les photos. La villa est confortable et la chambre est très calme.

appartement très propre, bien équipé, agréable pour 2 adultes et 2 ados; très bien placé par rapport à la très jolie plage et au restaurant Ti coco la livraison sur place s'est très bien passée ainsi que le dernier jour très proche de St François et de ses magasins , stations essence, ... Nous avons pû assister au carnaval de St François . nous recommandons cet appartement !

Excellent séjour

Il y a bien longtemps que j'aurais du faire cette appréciation mais j'ai toujours remis au lendemain. Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 2 semaines l'été 2013. Cette location est plus que conforme à la description. Les points forts de cette location : appartement en excellent état avec une décoration tropicale de très bon goût. La piscine est immense splendide face à la mer, et la plage privée est paradisiaque. Une excellente adresse à recommander... nous y reviendrons certainement. claire B.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, très propre, accueil convivial d'Elodie, le grille pain est tombé en panne, celui ci a été remplacé très rapidement, encore merci pour l'efficacité... un séjour comme on les aime... les lieux sont très calmes, un havre de paix.. quelques animations en fin de semaine au resto de la plage, ambiance bon enfant.. domaine sécurisé, jolie plage..

RIEN A REDIRE TOUT EST IMPECCABLE

Résidence calme, appartement bien orienté (soleil, vent, la vue) et très bien entretenu (propre), jolie décoration intérieure (mobilier et couleurs), équipement intérieur complet et en très bon état (vaisselle, électroménager), bonne literie, coin douche-wc bien emménagé et sympa (galets au sol), très bon accueil d'Elodie toujours disponible et de bon conseil. Loueur de voitures à recommander : Autolagon à Ste-Anne : très bien placé en tarif et service (transfert aéroport), véhicule impeccable. Propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et disponible pour les questions. La réalité correspond à la description de l'annonce. Vraiment à recommander.

Superbe location

1er voyage en Guadeloupe ou nous avons été séduit par cette appartement. A proximité de saint françois / saint anne et des marchés. Petite plage privée très belle, piscine gigantesque ou les enfants pourront s'amuser. Le logement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré, avec une vue mer, clim, vrai congélateur, tv, wifi, etc ... Pas de problème pour stationner dans la résidence sécurisé. Accueil charmant d'Elodie qui nous a conseillé sur quelques restau, etc ... Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. N'hésitez pas ...

Vraiment Super. Des vacances extraordinaire!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'Ance des Rochers est une très belle place, avec une belle plage et une super piscine. L'appartement était impeccable, le lit confortable, bien équipé avec vraiment tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Je ne souhaite qu'une chose, y retourner. Un gros merci à Elodie pour son accueil et sa grande gentillesse. Un séjour de rêve!

extremement satisfait

Nous avons réellement apprécié le logement. Nous avons passé 10 jours à quatre : deux enfants (16 et 10 ans) et un couple d'adultes. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les équipement sont nombreux. Tout est fonctionnel. Le logement est rénové et joliment décoré. Le site est superbe et très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

PETIT PARADIS

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme avec une superbe plage privée. il a une petite vue mer , du haut d'une petite colline au calme. Quelle surprise en découvrant les prestations de qualité offertes : tout est neuf, et très équipé jusque dans les moindres détails (on se sent comme à la maison). Il y a des bougies avec photophores pour le soir, du linge de maison de qualité et assorti à la décoration soignée de l'appartement, la propriétaire a même pensé à laisser des guides touristiques , des cartes de la région pour faciliter le séjour. Tous les accessoires de cuisine sont disponible dans une ambiance anis et chocolat très actuelle et bien réussie. Une adresse à recommander fortement. N'hésitez pas
