Renovated Provencal farmhouse with panoramic view of Lake Esparron de Verdon

Very beautiful single family villa renovated in 2016 magnificent view of the lake of Esparron (low gorges of the Verdon). To be added to the rent and paid locally for cleaning (90 eur) tourist taxes (0.70 eur / adults / night) and electricity according to your personal consumption. The rental of household linen, if desired, costs 20 eur / pers.
In season, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Different leisure activities are available: nautical club, fishing, tennis, volleyball, hiking and horse riding, mountain biking 1km from the medieval village where you will find shops and restaurants.
The villa consists of a beautiful living room with air conditioning and panoramic view of the turquoise blue lake, a large terrace with barbecue, and garden furniture, an open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 completely new bathroom and shower, Parking and Large plot wooded +/- 50 ares. Close to nautical club, sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, electric boat, canoe, kayak, diving and swimming. Horse riding, mountain biking, hiking. Golf at 13km (Gréoux). Excursions Gorges du verdon, Luberon, Provence green and the thermal baths and spa treatments of Gréoux les Bains at 13 km.
