Last minute property change

We were asked to drive to a different address than the listing. When we got there the property manager told us that the property listed on VRBO was not available due to a boiler issue. The new location was not as nice, and the actual replacement was not as nice either. The one bathroom didn’t flush, the other one sink would not drain. There was no toilet paper in the house, and no hand towels. The property looked like an old communal apartment from the Soviet era (I would know after living in St. Petersburg, Russia for 3 years). The kitchen was not very nice and was sparsely equipped. I asked the property manager to refund a portion of the fees, but have not heard back from him yet. I think I’ll be reaching out to VRBO.

We spent a long weekend in 4 separate rooms, we had our privacy and so did the kids. It's not possible to put teenagers in the same room... only fight was who gets the smaller room, but that was a minor issue. They could have made this place for bigger groups, but they chose to hold back, which we appreciate, and not make it an all you can fit buffet... And we all thought it was very beautiful, and yet still like at home... And so quiet for the center of town. The bars, cafes and restaurants around are great, we really loved Mr. Fogg, and went to eat a little further up at Kod Sime - highly recommended.

Truly a great stay

The place was great, our big group stayed in 4 separate rooms. I just loved the dining area, it connects the whole place together... Nadav and Ivan helped us with everything we needed, and the area is so great, it's in the center but in the cutest little area, with everything within less than a minute walk distance...

I love this city, though I'm not local I moved to Zagreb and fell in love with it, especially the gorgeous downtown area, full of life and architecture

I put my blood, sweat and tears (and was pulling some hairs...) renovating this place, trying to make it perfect for you. I wanted you to feel at home, cozy, relaxed, while still enjoy all the modernity and comfort you would expect of a hotel or serviced apartment... I put a lot of thought into it, and the result - you be the judge :)

What makes this property unique

One of its kind, a picture is worth a thousand words... very central, and in the area that's becoming the new big thing in town, for locals and travelers alike...
