La Campanina is a characterful small family villa situated in the lower Maremma - a still relatively wild territory in the Southern part of Tuscany - with the ancient hamlet of Poggio Capanne at walking distance, with bar/restaurant.  As far as the eye can see the view from the house is on rolling hills and uncontaminated countryside, where you may even gaze at roes and deer.
Having a wood-stove and a central underfloor heating, the house is also perfect for off-season gateways for enjoying the nearby spa or for exploring the region.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.
