These are studio apartments in the archi-famous Skol building located on the very beachfront of Marbella promenade and right in the town centre with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurants, shops, harbour, watersports, etc.
Once you book, you can pick the exact studio you'll be staying in from the availability we have
The studios have 2 single beds and a sofa bed for an extra guest or kid.
They're 35m2 located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor, all with great views of the beach, pool, park, garden and sea.
They're fully furnished, fitted and equipped: air con, wifi, washing machine and a full kitchen.
We aim to offer a hybrid between the comfort of a home and the service of a hotel.
An ideal spot! Location, views, views, and location we're available 24/7 and you can easily reach us by phone, email, etc Car is not needed but if you decide to rent one in order to discover the beautiful surroundings, we have parking spaces available for rent from 15€ per night. Otherwise we offer airport transfer from 80€ each way. License or registration number A/MA/01317
