About this property

On the second floor apartment about 500 meters from the center of Palau and Porto. A five-minute walk from the center and from the port and 200 meters from supermarkets. quiet residential area and 70 sqm renovated wonderful view of the Maddalena Archipelago consists of lounge, new kitchenette and equipped including dishwasher, double bedroom with spectacular sea views, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace of 16 sqm which offers a view on 'Archipelago. Renovated, bright and fresh. Max 5 beds. Other than the cost for the stay there are 30 Euros of cleaning charges to be paid for final cleaning, 200 Euros of security deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the stay if no damages are found. Bed linens and towers have to be specifically requested and the cost is 15 Euros per person.

Molto soddisfatte del il soggiorno nell’appartamento del sig. Giuseppe

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben accessoriato con una vista mozzafiato su Palau e l’arcipelago della Maddalena. Il sig. Giuseppe è stato molto disponibile ed è venuto incontro alle nostre necessità. Consigliatissimo!!

Property had a lovely view.

This property is north facing and does not get the sun on the patio at all. The view from the patio is amazing. The apartment lacks somewhere comfortable to sit and relax. It would benefit from having a comfortable sofa in the living area instead of a single divan bed. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and were very flat- only one pillow each was provided. We stayed for 6 nights and were only provided with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel which for us was insufficient. On our arrival we noticed that the fridge freezer did not work. The owner responded efficiently when we informed him of this. However it was replaced with a small counter top fridge with a tiny freezer compartment.

Terrace with beautiful view on the sea and islands. You can sit to have dinner and breakfast on the terrace. The apartment is very bright and cool in the summer. Very convenient location. Walking distance to the sea and harbour and markets
