Just 4 blocks from the newly built Carolina Beach Boardwalk and famous Britt's Donuts, this top level oceanfront condo has unobstructed views of the ocean and Carolina Beach pier in the distance. Views from lower floors don't compare. A "home away from home" with a comfortable beach feel as soon as you walk through the door. Both baths have been completely renovated with a modern look. New stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plank flooring throughout make for an inviting living area. Just steps from the beach, this condo is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a family vacation. You are just minutes away from the Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach State Park, and a short drive to Historic Downtown Wilmington. So come relax and put your toes in the sand.

Bring your binoculars as you never know if you will see the Dolphins swim near the shore while sitting on the deck and drinking your morning coffee. The breath taking sunsets will be memories you will want to capture by camera without a doubt. Bring your bikes and take an afternoon stroll through the Carolina Beach State Park or take a stroll around the Carolina Beach Lake. The NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Don't forget every Sunday night during the Summer is "MOVIE NIGHT" at the Lake, so bring a snack and treat yourself to a Free Night Out.

The top floor is nice with great views of the ocean. Property was well equipped if you like to cook, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and attentive. A really pleasant stay.

Beautiful view!!

We absolutely loved our visit to Carolina Beach!! The condo was cute, clean and cozy!! The condo is well updated with cute decor and had everything we needed for our beach trip! The beds and furniture are quite comfortable and the washer/dryer in unit was an added bonus! We loved sitting outside on the deck in the captain chairs watch the waves every morning and evening! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo Oceanfront Carolina Beach

This is our 2nd time staying at this location on Carolina Beach. The Condo is really perfect for our family of four. It's location is top notch and has all of the amenities needed for a great beach trip. The views are amazing and you are steps from the sand and water. Communication with the owner is easy and he gets you all the information you need. This Condo is highly recommended for your vacation.

Pleasently surprised. Place is exactly how it's pictured. Great location. No elevator building and on the top floor but what a way to get your steps in. Lol Hope to stay again in the near future

The one thing we just love is being on the top floor with full unobstructed views of the ocean and Carolina Beach pier in the distance. The deck is like another room; you can sit outside and catch some sunshine without having to go to the beach. What a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee too.
