Buena ubicación cerca de la Seu dUrgell, entorno precioso. El camino para llegar en coche al apartamento un poco complicado al principio pero luego bien, la propietaria no conocía el nombre de la calle lo cual nos pareció un poco extraño. El apartamento es un bajo que da a una terraza compartida muy bonita y en la cual nuestro hijo jugó bastante. Dispone de todos los utensilios que se pueden necesitar en la estancia (excepto toallas), al parecer es el apartamento de una familia (hay fotos familiares en el dormitorio lo que se nos hizo un poco raro ver gente ajena, nunca nos habíamos alojado de vacaciones en ningún sitio con fotos de gente desconocida). Si te gusta dormir es muy tranquilo aunque nos despertamos todos los días a las 7h de la mañana porque se escucha todo perfectamente y los que vivían encima se despertaban a esa hora y hasta las 9h que marchaban no se hacía el silencio. Wifi perfecto. Dispone de espacios grandes en baños, salón, cocina ya habitaciones, las camas son cómodas aunque el nórdico de la cama de matrimonio pesa demasiado, calefacción perfecta, la limpieza se podría mejorar, había telarañas en ventanas y junto a la bañera, marcas de manos en puertas y el suelo no estaba demasiado limpio y lo repasé al llegar porque tenemos un niño pequeño que está siempre por el suelo. La TV perfecta y muy grande. Actividades cerca: campo de golf, granja ecológica ECOFRANCH hicimos visita y degustación muy rica y agradable, estación de ski de fondo y trineos cerca

Bien, pero puntos mejorables
Hemos pasado unos dias en este apartamento al que no le falta detalle pero consideramos que hay algunos puntos mejorables. La propietaria se mostró muy estricta en referencia al uso compartido del jardín y las partes del mismo que no podíamos utilizar. Sin embargo no apareció nadie en toda la estancia. La limpieza estaba bien, pero no era extrema (cristales por limpiar, marcas de dedos en los armarios de la cocina, polvo en alguna estanteria...) Cocina muy bien equipada con utensilios de calidad. Sólo cafetera de cápsulas. También encontramos bastantes cosas que no sabíamos si eran cortesía o si no se podian utilizar (unas botellas de licor por empezar, unas latas de conserva, especies...) y sin embargo faltaban algunos básicos que se podían necesitar (un solo rollo de papel higiénico, sin champú ni gel de baño, una sola pastilla de lavavajillas...) Un poco incongruente, la verdad. Había en el alojamiento diversos enseres de uso personal ( unas zapatillas de montaña, distintas fotos familiares...) que daban la sensación de estar en casa ajena. Por otra parte, hay un baño que no se puede utilizar debido al mal olor intenso que desprende. La propiedad dejó sábanas pero no toallas. No hay wifi disponible. En la televisión del salón, se ven apenas 6 canales. Las camas son muy cómodas. La ubicación es buena pero imprescindible coche para todo. El paraje es idílico y el pueblo acogedor. .

Apartamento acogedor y muy tranquilo
El apartamento es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo disponible. El jardín es precioso, muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario para estarse todo el día.
La zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso. A 10 minutos en coche tienes supermercados y el pueblo.
