Fantastic apartment next to the sea in the quietest area of Llanes with stunning views over the marina, next to the lighthouse, the beach of Puertu Chicu and within walking distance. Its location is difficult to improve. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate four people. It has a room with double bed, another with two beds, a bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and garage.
The times of entry and exit can be modified if there are no other guests that day.

Our favorite stay in Spain. Perfect location, great views, lovely port village. A gem all around! Good place to base for visiting Picos de Europa. Host Geno was great. Great beach around the corner. Tight parking unless you have a mini!

We started our Asturias tour in Llanes. Jose's accommodation is very nice, the location is excellent, very clean with a great view of the harbor. The underground parking space is very helpful.

A Great Base for Exploring Asturias

We loved Llanes and we loved this apartment. It is spotlessly clean and has fantastic views over the harbour. It is tucked away in a quiet area but within walking distance of all amenities and some fantastic beaches. Easy access to Picos de Europa and nearby towns if you have a car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The town is lovely, with excellent beaches. The apartment is in a great location, right by the harbour, but very quiet. It’s very clean with a great view, characterful furnishings and a comfortable bed. Early check in was really appreciated. Be aware there is no kettle or cooking basics like oil, salt and pepper etc and no welcome pack, but there is a Mini Mas and Carrefour a short walk away.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location

What a gem! I would give it 6 stars if possible. It overlooks the marina with views of the ocean. Old town restaurants are a couple blocks away. It even has under building parking! Geno was a fabulous host, showing us the apartment amenities and describing the area sights. We highly recommend this apartment.

Tasteful and central

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Some lovely furniture and touches, such as a record player, excellent quality kitchen equipment and artwork add to the great character and ambiance. The view is lovely and the location is very central. Having parking and a lift are added extras. There is a small bar across the water which had a jazz band playing on Sunday evening, which was just perfect. Llanes is an incredible town with beautiful beaches and walks. The apartment really did add to our experience!

Great property in central llanes. 5 mins walk to shops, restaurants, delicious bakeries and 7 mins walk to nearest beaches. Loads of other beaches within a 20 minute walk. Magnificent spots. The property itself was perfect in every way. Everything you could need. Also, has a lift, which was useful for kids and dragging luggage. 2 bedrooms, well furnished. Comfy beds. Perfect kitchen. Has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The photos do not do it justice. It's really fab. Only one con, a smart t.v. would be handy for the wet days (of which there were Many!), to occupy kids! Overall, a 10/10 stay. A very responsive host.

El apartamento está situado en un sitio con unas vistas impresionantes. Es tal como se ve en la foto, esta muy bien cuidado.No es nuestra primera estancia y volveremos a repetir.
