Close to all amenities. A 10 minute walk from Agadir beach in a quiet residential area and near a Palace Argan massage parlor. Ihchach district CPH (Centre Crown Prince) bordering Talborjt, Rotarian and Najah (next to the field before and Castelelani Najah Souss)
New apartment, modern with wifi and all television channels.
Composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds with dressing (brand new).
10 euros cleaning fee.
Parking guarded by master dog night.
Guarantee 350 euros required in cash or check (only in case of deterioration in housing) or surrender of passports.

appartement bien équipé et en très bon état
Situé à proximité des commerces ,d'un centre esthétique et proche du centre d'Agadir et de la Marina (à peine 10mn en voiture )Facilité de stationnement ,Appartement très propre ,situé au 1er étage avec balcon donnant sur un petit jardin .Très bon accueil de la propriétaire toujours à votre écoute et prête à vous rendre service .Location à recommander .
Notre séjour a eu lieu du 2 au 10 octobre 2017 .
