This   country home is set by  vineyards but it is close to beaches (2 minutes drive). This consists of a living room, 2 double bedrooms ( 1 double room has its private bathroom), 2 triple rooms, a spacious veranda and a garden.

Nice staying

We jenjoyed our 10 days staying with 8 family members.well received and adviced from marco. The house is calm, hugh and with the terrace, the bbq house and the outside shower a good experience for living in a mediterraean island, beaches are close. Everythjng is available in the village Electrical and sanitary standards could need some refreshings, lamps could easily be covered with lamp shades.kitchen equippment a little bit poor for such a hugh house, one power outlet in the kitchen is poor. However, we will for sure return to sardegna and enjoy hosting from marco, allessandro and melissa. Tx a lot and good luck for the future.

Saubere tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren 10 Motorradfahrer im Alter vom 50+. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden genug um Abends mit 10 Personen auf der Terassse zu sitzen. Für die Motorräder ist viel Platz vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, die Bäder und die Küche auch. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung (Rezeption) ist hervorragend. Ein neuer Motorradreifen wurde in kürzester Zeit gefunden und montiert. Wir waren begeistert. Absolut zu empfehlen. Der Preis ist mit 10 Personen unschlagbar.

wunderschöne Villa inmitten traumhafter Natur

Die Villa ist wunderbar. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken kann man auf der Terrasse mediterranes Flair genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und bieten viel Platz für große Familien. Tolle Strände, Orte und Natur sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Großes schönes Haus

Super Haus entsprach den Erwartungen. Grundstück auch super.Wunderbare Terrasse zum entspannen.Kurze Wege In die Bergwelt und an die Strände. In der Ortschaft ist alles zum Überleben da kein Massentourismus. Empfehlenswert gerne wieder.

Großzügiges Haus mit einem großen Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt positiv. Das große Haus bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Sardinische Landschaft und ist mit dem Auto nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Ortsangabe gut erreichbar. Innerhalb von wenigen Fahrtminuten erreicht man die schönen Strände Sardiniens. Die Ortschaft in der das Haus zu finden ist bietet einem, durch einige Läden, alles was es für die täglichen Bedürfnisse benötigt. Die einzigen zwei Dinge die wir als negativ teils stark störend empfanden waren zum einen die Ausstattung und Informationen zur Mülltrennung,(es gab keine Müllsäcke. Als wir diese kauften und vor die Wohnung stellten wurden diese nicht mitgenommen, da wir die falschen Säcke nutzten. ohne die Information welche Säcke zu nutzen sind fällt es schwer die Mülltrennung durchzuführen) dies führte dazu, dass wir zum Check-out Müll mitnehmen und selbst entsorgen mussten. Eine weitere Sache war das laute Arbeiten mit Traktor und anderen schweren Gerät im Hof des Hauses. Leider führte dies dazu, dass wir häufig während des Frühstücks und Abendessens stark störenden Lärm direkt im Hof hatten. Wir verstehen, dass die Arbeiten am Haus nötig sind, fanden jedoch, dass diese unseren Urlaub tangierten und einen sonst optimalen Aufenthalt leicht beeinträchtigten. Ohne Lärm und mit mehr Informationen zur Mülltrennung eine 5/5 so eine 4/5

Wir fühlten uns Überwacht

Wir wurden von Marco (Vermietungs Agentur) sehr nett begrüßt und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Wir konnten uns auch immer bei Marco melden. Leider hat er sich eher bei uns gemeldet, da es ein Missverständnis mit dem Feuerholz gab. Wir haben leider das private Holz vom Vermieter (Alesandro) genommen, was nicht erlaubt war. Das tut uns leid und wir haben uns eigenes Holz besorgt, wurden aber leider weiterhin beschuldigt sein Holz zu nehmen. Es wurde auch immer wieder auffällig "unauffällig" kontrolliert, welches Holz wir nehmen. Die mehrmals Täglichen Besuche, um Autos, Trecker etc abzuholen und abzustellen, häuften sich daraufhin. Es wurde immer über die Hauseinfahrt gefahren, anstatt hinten rum zu fahren, um die ungefähr 15 Hunde hinterm Haus zu füttern, die in einem voll gekackten Zwinger leben müssen. Das Haus sieht von vorne schick aus. Leider ist es von der Seite und von hinten nicht gestrichen und sieht leider etwas schäbig aus. Im Haus schauen viele offene Rohre/Kabel aus der Wand. Schlichte Glühbirnen an der Decke und der separate Ofen, wurde leider ausgebaut. Dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage (gegen Aufpreis). Die Abzugshaube in der Küche, sowie zwei Platten vom Herd funktionieren nicht. Ein scharfes Küchenmesser ist nicht vorhanden. Alles nicht besonders schlimm aber in der Summe würden wir nicht wiederkommen oder es empfehlen, besonders da sich das Verhalten vom Vermieter auch bei seinen anderen Häusern/Gästen zeigt.

Fast perfekt

Bis auf die defekte Dunstabzugshaube, die verständlicherweise nicht sofort erneuert werden konnte, haben wir nichts an dem Haus zu bemängeln. Die ruhige Lage am Rand von Cardedu haben wir genossen. Die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung des Grundstücks empfanden wir nicht als störend. Vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr.

Entspannen in Cardedu

Und hat die Unterkunft super gefallen. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Stadt namens Cardedu. Es gibt dort alles was man zum Leben braucht Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt alles kein Problem. Die Strände sind traumhaft ich kann Cea und Orri bestens empfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, Räume waren sauber und die Kommunikation mit Alessandro hat toll geklappt.Das Haus liegt günstig zum Strand in Cardedu. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein, da wir viel kochten.Der Besitzer kommt mehrmals am Tag , da er das Land rundherum bestellt, daran muss man sich gewöhnen.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Esperienza ottima

Casa accogliete e molto spaziosa, posizione perfetta per poter raggiungere in pochi minuti sia il mare che i paesi vicini, la casa offre la tranquillità della campagna seppur molto vicina al centro del paese fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile ed accogliente. Sicuramente un esperienza da ri fare.

Grande maison confortable

Grande maison dont la description correspond à l'annonce. 4 chambres dont une avec climatisation et grande terrasse . La mer la plus proche est à 10 mn en voiture sinon le village est bien situé pour visiter un peu au nord et un peu au sud. Je recommande.

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus weg von Tourismus

Objekt wie beschrieben und abgebildet, sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Wie bereits in anderer Bewertung beschrieben, der Hausbesitzer kommt regelmäßig um sich um seine Felder zu kümmern, zu allen möglichen Zeiten, mal um 7 in der Früh oder um 23 Uhr am Abend, wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte dies bedenken, uns hat es nicht gestört. Anschließen möchten wir uns auch bzgl. Klimaanlage, es hat etwas geholfen um die Hitze im Haus zu reduzieren, hilfreich wären sicher andere Geräte in den anderen Schlafzimmer aber es hat doch was gebracht. Was die Küche Ausstattung betrifft, ebenfalls wie bereits erwähnt, es könnte mehr an Geschirr vorhanden sein, wir waren zu 5 und ständig am Geschirr spülen. Sonst alles perfekt, wer abseits von Massentourismus gerne in der Natur ist und es ruhig hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort und würden das Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir, mein Mann und ich ( 54 Jahre), waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Da wir nur zu zweit waren , hatten wir reichlich Platz , sogar 2 Badezimmer. In unserem Schlafzimmer war eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die selbst Anfang Juni notwendig war. Ein grosses Wohnzimmer läd auch zum entspannen ein , da es kein W-Lan gibt ( steht natürlich in der Beschreibung) war es für uns eine lustige Überraschung , dass wir deutsches Fernsehen empfangen konnten. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch bestückt, aber hat alles was man zum kochen benötigt. Wunderschön ist die große Veranda , auf der wir unser Frühstück und Abendessen einnahmen, und bis spät am Abend bei einer Flasche Wein saßen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

Jolie maison à Cardedu

Maison conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse, propre, literie super. Nous avons apprécié la clim dans notre chambre, dommage qu'il n'y en aie qu'une. Cardedu est plutôt sympa surtout du côté de la mer!! A proximité pharmacie, une super pizzeria un peu plus haut, commerces... Pour les points négatifs : propriétaires un peu trop présents à notre goût, atelier de Monsieur dans le garage de la maison, donc certains soir bruit jusqu'à 22h et présence de la propriétaire ou de monsieur tous les jours, peut-être faudrait-il le spécifier sur l'annonce, malgré la gentillesse des propriétaires cela peut occasionner une certaine gêne pour certains locataires.

A beatufuil week in Cardedu

We have stayed in this villa (me + my wife + our 6 children) for 1 week - at the beginning of July and we are very content with this stay; I truly do recommend it. It is worth the price. Nice owners and many nice places to visit (several beautiful beaches, Canyon Goroppu, boat trip to calas in Golfo di Orosei, a nearby good pizzeria, etc). However, if you expect that this villa to be like a well-designed-secluded-close to the beach-3000euro-per-week villa in Costa Smeralda then you will be disappointed. Over 3-4 km to the beach, nice for jogging but not for regular visits on foot. Villa is in the middle of a true agricultural area and regularly visited by the owners, and not fully equipped (lack of proper number of large plates, no kettle, no dishwasher etc.) and not fully finished with some make-shift elements (doors, lamps, heating, etc.). We truly did not mind this although it was a striking contrast to the villa in which we stayed in Costa Paradiso a week earlier. So be prepared and make most of the area. Marek
