All new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, Corian countertops and pantry. Queen size Tempur-cloud bed in the bedroom and a Queen size pull out couch in the living room. Air conditioning, Roku TV, DVD/BluRay/WiFi player, Free WiFi, off street parking, large screened in porch, and Washer/dryer.

My wife and I, along with our two boys moved to Florida from Upstate NY in 1983 and bought this home in 1984. Besides the main house, where we now reside as empty nesters, there is one upstairs apartment and the cottage. My wife's mother and father lived in the cottage until her dad passed away and her mother moved into an ALF in 2014, which left the cottage empty. We have had the apartment completely remodeled which is now being offered as a vacation rental.
Why they chose this property
We're located on a quiet street that is walking distance to the downtown area and it's many restaurants and activities. A short drive and you're in Mount Dora, Eustis, Leesburg and The Villages. We're aprox. an hour drive to all the Orlando attractions and Daytona Beach.
What makes this property unique
The area has that small town feeling, but an easy drive to all that Central Florida has to offer.
