My place is a first floor, two room studio with corner kitchen and separate bathroom with a garage beneath, it is heated and well insulated despite being an old building.
You can park in front of the house or further up the street which is not busy.
One minutes walk will get you to the church, bakery and 'Potron Minet bar' and in 5 minutes you can access all the restaurants, hypermarket, shops, post office and station.
It is perfect base for house hunting and to explore the Limousin.
The studio is in a quiet street which descends from the church down to the river and road towards Nedde. There is a table and chairs which can be put on the area in front of the garage doors and there is a riverside park just a minutes walk away.
