APARTMENT FOR 4/5 DISPOSED ON THREE LEVELS..ON THE GROUND FLOOR WE FIND A LARGE PRIVATE VERANDA INSIDE A KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE AND A BATHROOM. ON THE FIRST FLOOR WE FIND THE TWO BEDROOMS, A DOUBLE WITH TERRACE AND A TRIPLE ... THE THIRD FLOOR IS ACCESSED FROM THE ROOMS WITH A SPIRAL STAIRCASE AND WE FIND A BATHROOM WITH BATH AND SHOWER. THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND THE SWIMMING POOL (8X4) IS IN COMMON WITH THE OTHER GUESTS. THE PARKING PLACE IS COVERED AND INTERNET WIFI IS FREE. OUTSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL THERE IS A CORNER WITH STONE TABLES AND BBQ TO EAT TOGETHER.

Belle location dans un cadre très agréable pour des vacances en famille

Très bon séjour,le logement est propre. Roberta est accueillante et vient s occuper tous les jours du jardin et de la piscine. Le cadre est très agréable et propice au repos.je recommande.

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der große Garten mit dem Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist sogar aus dem Pool heraus möglich. Wir haben in der Woche, die wir dort waren, viele Ausflüge gemacht. Die Adria ist nicht weit und Urbino und Gubbio ebenfalls.

We werden bij aankomst direct opgevangen door Roberta. Een ontzettend gastvrije dame. Ze geeft veel aandacht aan de appartementen en de tuin. Iedere ochtend is ze aanwezig om het zwembad schoon te maken en de tuin te vegen. Het appartement is super leuk ingedeeld en erg schoon. Er is voor alles gezorgd

Una vacanza bellissima!

Roberta è una persona presente ma molto discreta, che sa sempre soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta o informazione. Il suo grande lavoro di ristrutturazione si vede in ogni singolo dettaglio della proprietà, nulla è lasciato trascurato o incurato. Pulizia e accessori disponibili da cinque stelle!! La tranquillità degli spazi, gli alberi da frutta, la vista meravigliosa completano il quadro. Da questa posizione in massimo mezz'ora di macchina ci sono infinite gite, non solo il mare! Grazie mille Roberta!! ❤

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen das Feriendomizil von Roberta gemietet udn waren 14 Tage dort. es ist vollkommen ruhig und nur wenige Minten von Smirar gelegen. Die Weitsicht in die Berge ist einfach toll. Die wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Alles ist gepflegt und mehrfach votrhanden. Vom Michaufschäumer bis hin zum mGoldrandgeschirr. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Sie ist auch ideeal für Familien mit Kindern. Die beiden Häuser verfügen über 2 Wohnungen für je 2 Personen, eine für 4 Prsonen und eine für 5 Personen. Wir waren jedoch zu mehr als 90 Prozent alleine am Pool oder vor Ort. Vielen dank Roberta für diesen Urlaub.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2018 dort verbracht (2 Erwachsen und 2 Kinder). Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Ortes und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist jeden Vormittag vor Ort und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Im Umkreis befinden sich einige Städte mit Palästen und Museen sowie die größte Tropfsteinhöhle Europas.

Great appartment, welcoming host & lovely landscape

We have enjoyed our stay very much! This place is really close to perfect! From a nicely and thoughtfully renovated appartment to a pool that is clean, refreshing and with a great view on the surrounding hills and mountains this place offers everything you desire to relax and have a good vacation time. No exaggeration - just have a look at the pictures: What you see is what you get! But there is more that you don't see on the fotos: a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and to have nice breakfasts, lunches or dinners on the lovely terrace (each of the appartments has one on their own, nicely beshaded). The second thing you can't see on the picturtes is Roberta, the sympathetic host, taking care of everything and wanting to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. We also enjoyed the possibility of using the washing machine from time to time when it is needed. We furthermore liked the fact that you do not have to start from zero and buy all the "small things" that you need for living (like olive oil, spices, kitchen towels, dish soap, washing powder etc.) because what is left there by the people before you won't be taken away. We liked this concept of "handing over". As it gets hot in Italy in summer, the rooms (beedroms and living room/kitchen) have fans. All in all a place to strongly recommend and we will certainly come back one day when we feel like wanting to discover all the things we could not do in the week that we have been Roberta's guests.

Une belle propriété, très bien entretenue.

L'appartement est idéal pour une famille de 4 ou 5 personnes. Bien que l'appartement ne soit pas climatisé, malgré des journées très chaudes à 32°, les nuits au cœur de ces montagnes sont suffisamment fraiches (18°) pour refroidir les chambres. La piscine et ses équipements sont impeccables. La vue sur les montagnes environnantes est superbe. La situation de l'appartement permet de découvrir aussi bien l'intérieur des terres (Gubbio, Assises, Perugia, et bien sûr Cagli, Fossombrone) que la ville de Fano et le bord de mer à 40 minutes par la voie rapide.

Sehr gepfliegte Anlage mit toller Aussicht

Wer einfach mal Ausspannen will und einen Urlaub mit Aktivposten oder Ausflügen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten liebt und zudem die regionale Küche genießen will, der hat mit diesem Feriendomnizil eine super Ausgangslage.
