15 minutes from the airport, on the heights of Gammart and in a luxury residence (where the Golden Tulip 5 * hotel, the spa and the swimming pool), our apartment, in a building of a single floor, enjoys a quiet, sunny and a beautiful garden (80m2) with open views.
You will be there in 5mn of the Marsa, 15mn of Sidi Bou Said and Carthage
The accommodation is ideal for a passing businessman, for a couple with one or two children ,.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a 1m80 wide bed and in the second two single beds. A nice room of water (a shower 1m / 2m20) is between the two rooms.
Two living areas, an indoor dining area and a second one on the pretty garden terrace. A modern kitchen, functional and well equipped.
A walk in the residence will bring you to the heights of Gammart from where you can admire a sublime view of the bay of the monkeys, the village classified Sidi Bou and the Cathedral of Carthage ...
The residence is very secure, guarded day and night.
NB: the house is suitable for a couple And two children under 10 years or a couple And an adult because the second room is barely 10m2.
You are requested not to smoke in the house.
