Ground floor independent apartment, 120 sqm, in a quiet neighborhood, 800 m. from the sea. Garden with barbecue available to the tenant. Near the airport, Cape Sounion and many beaches. The apartment is occupied with fridge, cooker, washing machine. During winter heating is available. They can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but there are conditions for more people if needed. At 50 meters from the house there is a shop with basic items.There is a full kitchen with lounge-dining area 20 sq.m .The apartment has for his own use, garden with barbecue. The garden can accommodate a pet.Guests will have their own parking lot, you can exclusive use of garden and barbecue.I live permanently on the upper floor of the house, so I will be at your disposal, to whatever you want and I can help. I intend, if you want it and you do not have a car to take you to Athens and Sounion to see some attractions or even arrange your move a vehicle.The neighborhood is very quiet. Ideal place for cycling, running and of course swimming in the sea, during all year, since even in winter the sea of the Saronic are relatively warm.The apartment is near the airport, relatively close to a bus stop linking the region with Athens, and is about 10 km from the suburban railway station that connects the area with the center of Athens. We can arrange your transfer from the apartment to any destination.
