With occupancy for 6, this bright and beachy 3rd floor condo will meet all of your needs. Walk into the the living area and the soft salmon color on the walls gives you the feeling of the inside of a conch shell. A queen pull out sofa, and love seat allows plenty of seating for all!! Living room opens up into a spacious full sized, fully stocked kitchen. A small hallway holds the beautifully clean and spacious bath! Continue thru the hallway to the large bedroom that holds 2 double beds. The soothing light blue color on the walls, make this room the perfect retreat to relax, at the end your day!

On the corner of St louis and 5th, in Ocean City, Md, you can't beat this location! 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Convenient to the inlet which hosts festivals such as Sunfest, Springfest and concerts such as Ocean's Calling and County's Calling!

Don't feel like a beach day- relax at the private outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day). Or spend the day at the bayside fishing pier is only one block south.

Kids - bring your skate boards - the park is right across the street!! There are also 2 brand new children's play areas just 2 blocks away!

Walking distance to the best eating establishments in O.C., or take the bus to any destination! Bus stop at the corner 2 blocks down.

Take an easy stroll along the bay to the de Lazy Lizard. Grab an adirondack, a cocktail, and watch the perfect sunset.

This is our second time staying here. You can’t beat the location, being so close to shops, the boardwalk, and the beach. My only complaint is the air conditioning struggled to cool the condo while we were there. It usually felt cooler outside than inside when we returned to the condo in the evenings.

We had a great stay at Aimee & John’s condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - quiet yet only a 5-7 min walk to the boardwalk. The bay sunsets were just beautiful.

The condo was very clean when we checked in! We loved how close the condo was to the beach and boardwalk. The only complaint I would have is the parking lot is kind of small. If you have a lot of trucks and SUVs parked in there, you must be extra careful. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay there again!

Why they chose this property

Harbor Breeze is located downtown in the original section of town. We love the fact that we can park the car for the entire vacation. The boardwalk and beach are 2 blocks away, along with the bay boardwalk and free fishing pier 1 block away. A few steps down across the street is a new playground, basketball courts, Skate Bowl, tennis courts and fenced in ball field. There are many venues with live entertainment during daytime and evening hours. Close by Marina’s offer fishing trips in the bay as well as off shore. Also available are jet ski and kayak rentals. Harbor Breeze also includes access to a pool(Across the street at Parrot Bay), which is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
