Enjoy endless views just feet away from the tranquil waters of the Atlantic Ocean. “Beach Club #304” is a serene waterfront oasis located in an upscale gated community within walking or biking distance to the local’s finest spots, including restaurants, beaches, shopping, bars and the infamous Duval Street. This condo community prides itself for being one of the very few on the island that sits directly on the water.

The Living room is brightly decorated exuding light from floor to ceiling. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter this spacious 2-bedroom coastal retreat, with comfortable seating for those spontaneous movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped to make that perfect home cooked meal. Relax on the outdoor sofa or dine oceanside on your large, private balcony while soaking in the panoramic ocean views. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail or freshly brewed morning cup of coffee.

Community Amenities: Resort amenities include two ocean side pools (heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, fitness center and sauna. Although there is no water access, Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach are conveniently located on either side of the complex. There are plenty of chaise lounges around the pool area as well as a cabana to enjoy during those sunny island afternoons.

Additional things to know:
The Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement.

Beautiful patio sitting practically on top of the ocean! Clean and comfortable pools. Property immaculate. Very quiet. Close enough to ride your bike to Duvall then escape to the quiet and relaxing condo.

Wonderful time in Key West!

The balcony and view are absolutely stunning! The bath and beach towels were very nice! It was a short walk to Higgs beach but beach wasnt very nice due to some construction. However Smathers was just a short drive which was nice. We would stay here again.

Other side of island from the bars and noise..which are only 2.8 miles maybe….stunning view and huge balcony overlooking Atlantis..directly over water..like 30 feet with non-stop pelicans. This is where I would live if we moved to key west!

Amazing!!!

We had a great time in Key West! The professionalism and communication of the staff was amazing. Howard met us at the property and his hospitality was second to none! We felt secure while we were there and the community was quiet. The views were spectacular, pool was great, and the a/c in the unit was top notch. Everything was first-rate and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely, quiet condo!

Wow, what can we say! This place is fabulous! We are so happy we chose this place. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to make us feel chill and relaxed. Yet it was so close to everything we walked to many places. The balcony was where we spent most of our time when we were at “home.” We rented a fun golf cart and were able to park it in the designated spot under the building. You just can’t beat the location. We definitely will book this condo again in the future!

We loved this condo!! Right on its own small beach with 2 pools. 2 very nice public beaches within a half mile of the condo. The unit was very clean and looked exactly as pictured with that absolutely amazing balcony!! It is stocked with pans/dishes/seasonings - everything you need. There is a grill as well! Truly great location. We could Uber to Duval street when we wanted to go out; otherwise we drove everywhere and it was all very close. You can also rent bikes which is a great way to get around the island. Truly perfect place to stay on Key West!

It's all in the details

My daughter and I stayed here for a week. We did not want to leave. The pool was perfect and often times we had it to ourselves. The balcony was spacious and when we weren't out and about, that's where we spent most of our time. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was so cheerful. The grounds and walkways are immaculate and little surprises of orchids could be found in the palm trees placed by the nicest Condo Manager "Mark". We would come back in a heart beat.

Simply Wonderful

Clean, quiet, and peaceful. The views can’t be beat. Everything is comfortable from the bed to the patio furniture to the indoor furniture. Plenty of towels and they even had yoga mats! I truly enjoyed waking up each morning and doing yoga on the balcony in front of the ocean amongst the swaying palm trees. The grounds are expertly maintained. The pool area is clean with an incredible view. I wanted for nothing while I was here. We had a fuse blow and maintenance was there promptly to fix it. I have nothing but wonderful things to say! This is a truly peaceful place in Key West. I will be back!

Beautiful Sunrises - Perfect Location

Our stay was amazing. This condo was exactly what we were looking for when booking our stay in Key West. The balcony overlooks the water, you are right on the Gulf. The sunrises from the balcony were amazing and very close to the pier where everyone goes to watch the sunrise. The space was very clean, the bedrooms very spacious (actually the entire condo was very spacious), and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and storing. The bathroom walking spaces are a bit tight; however, the showers are amazing and there is plenty storage, so everything does not need to be left on top the counter all week. Securing ride shares into and out of town were incredibly easy. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy as well. We arrived later in the evening and were met by the management company to give us the keys and escort us to the condo. The entire process with the management company was very organized and they provided great information about your stay and what do while visiting Key West. The overall experience was excellent, and we would stay at Beach Club again if vacationing in Key West, wouldn't look anywhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband myself and her two children stayed in a condo on the third floor. The view of the ocean was beautiful and we spent many hours on the patio watching the water, the sea gulls, an osprey and an iguana in the palm tree. The condo was very clean and everything except the microwave was in working order. We walked to Duvall street the first night and it was really too much walking. However we called a local car rental and got a new Kia Soul for $140 for a week, which was even cheaper than renting bikes. Had a wonderful time and tons of beautiful pictures.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked 9/1 thru 9/19. AFTER, you purchase your trip you get a RKWV Rental Agreement. There are all sorts of stipulations and rules that you wish you'd know ahead of time. For one, we were asked to leave our condo on 9/5 due to hurricane. No rental cars left on island, airport closed, no uber/lyft because no gas on island. Stranded and they did not care. PLUS, you don't get your money back for days not there due to hurricane. (In rental agreement). They can't rent it anyways. We were homeless for 2 days. VERY UPSET!

Great Location

The property is in the best place as far as we are concerned. We rented a golf cart and were close to everything. The unit is desperately in need of updating. It needs some TLC. Although clean, there were many items that were very dated. When getting ice, the ice maker was so loud that we elected to use a cup instead of ice from the door. The showers had updated shower fixtures, but the bathroom itself didn’t have a lot of room. Couldn’t seem to get the master bedroom to cool down. Maybe it was because it was closer to the balcony. Not sure. The beds are extremely firm. Very hard. As our trip was nearing the end, a tropical storm was making its way in. We are very use to them, so we weren’t concerned. Being on the 3rd floor, we didn’t think twice about water. We woke up to some water near the sliders and quickly found out they were not sealed all the way. We heard all the wind and rain all night long. The location is truly wonderful. The pool and views are a 10. It’s quiet and peaceful. We will be back, just hopeful they will be updated for the price we paid.

Beautiful View!

This property offers an amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. This property is also in a quiet part of town. We loved that. On day one, we walked. We ended up covering 6 miles. This property is about 2 miles to the north end of Duval. Later, we drove our car to a parking garage and used it as a central parking area. Just be aware that lots of waking is required for upper Duval or you will have to drive, rent a golf cart, or rent bicycles. It’s a trade off to be in a quiet part of town. No late night drinks leaving the bars. The condo resort is in great condition. The elevator was a nice touch. They have rolling baggage carts (like in a hotel) to help get luggage in and out. They also have grocery carts for unloading groceries. The property has two pools. The larger one has bathrooms. It was not heated, and a bit chilly. It has nice cabanas, that are first come availability. The other smaller pool felt amazing! It was almost as warm as a hot tub. It felt great this time of year. The one major drawback is no bathrooms at that pool. Both pools have BBQ grills and an undercover cooking area. This condo was perfect for us. We didn’t need the second bedroom, but it was nice to have a second toilet available. In unit laundry is always a plus. The furniture was clean and in good working order. There were zero issues checking in or out. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this as a great place to stay.

The unit was very nice and clean had pretty much everything we needed. It would have been nice to know that only one pool was going to usable during my stay. Overall pleased. Just side note the bath towels are wonderful.
