Inspiration and relaxation await you at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, located directly on the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida’s Emerald Coast. Condo #210 is a fully remodeled, second-floor Gulf-front vacation retreat, thoughtfully updated from top to bottom with coastal detail and sophistication to exceed your expectations.

This updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The living room features a fabric sofa sleeper, tile flooring throughout the unit, a ceiling fan, and a 42” TV with a DVD player, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach. The décor has been tastefully renovated with ocean- and beach-inspired touches, complemented by granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining for six. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player, along with a private master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a ceiling fan, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination—ideal for families or additional guests.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the Holiday Surf private beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. For added convenience, this unit also includes a private washer and dryer located in the outside closet.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Don’t Worry Beach Happy

We were so pleased with the location, the condo as a whole, the front desk staff were wonderful & accommodating, the unit was renovated, beautiful & cozy. This was perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Easy access to the beach with an attendant that set up our chairs and umbrella. We always felt safe as the property was gated. Close proximity to many restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property.

Being on the second floor was very convenient because we could use the stairs. The location is definitely family friendly and the pool is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.The only problem we had was that none of the tv remotes worked properly but we weren't there to watch television so not really a problem. The resort is conveniently located. It is far enough away from the main strip to be relaxing but close enough to everything like stores and restaurants.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HORRENDOUS. The absolute worst VRBO I have stayed in so far. The smell of chlorine was so overwhelming everyones eyes were watering and everyone in the party was coughing. The staff was called immediately and I was told maintenance could possibly come out the next day and change the air filters. What?! I also asked if we could move to another unit and I would pay extra if needed. I was told they were at capacity and nothing could be done .WE did not even unpack our cars. The smell of chlorine was coming in through the air filters, and it was unsafe. I drove 8 hours from savannah, only to get a hotel room for another 400.00 so we could have somewhere safe to stay. The property manager called me two days later to say she she was sorry, but again no resolution was offered. The property in the picture is literally not at all what is reality. There was a wonderful photographer who made this unit look bright and brand new when in reality lights did work and it was very dark and unclean. Batteries were missing from the ceiling fan remotes, lightbulbs were completely out in the kitchen and there was sand on the floors and in one of the beds. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing!

This property was exactly as described in the description! The check-in process took 5 minutes, everything was prepared upon our arrival. It was myself and my 3 kids. There were Bell Carts available to take our luggage upstairs, and they even had shopping carts available if you had to grocery shop which was an absolute plus, because I did! The unit was cleaned from top to bottom, and the unit was very spacious to be 2 bedrooms. We were literally a few feet away from the beach. I loved absolutely everything about this condo, and will be returning often. This was my first time in Destin, and this whole experience left a great impression.

Great Family Place

The property was great and exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view! The absolute only thing I could suggest would be to leave instructions on how to use all the remotes to the TV’s. We could not get any of them to work. We called front desk and they were able to get the one in the living room to work but he had to go through many options to get it up and running. Beautiful location and close to most things. Loved the beach access too!

Another great stay at Holiday aisle!

Great location! This was our second time staying in Holiday Isle. We love it! We enjoyed Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, and our condo unit. We would probably choose another unit away from the pool, as we would rather look at the ocean. Otherwise, it was very nice! Just a couple of things… unit wasn’t that clean, as I noticed a lot of dust and hair in corners of bathrooms. Also, the sauna wasn’t open due to Covid. And Covid signage was all around the condo building. We stayed at Holiday Isle last October (another place) and we didn’t see any Covid signage then. Kind of strange as this pandemic is basically over.

Great beach condo

The condo was newly renovated and decorated very nicely. Plenty of space for a family of 4. My son liked the charm of being able to rent a DVD from the lobby. Beds were comfortable. Only real downside was the view was mostly of the pool from the second floor. At night really all you could see was the lit pool and not the ocean. Obviously the owners can't do anything about that.

Perfect stay!

This condo was amazing. Close to the beach and pool. Check in was a breeze. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest would be to bring your own spices and salt/pepper for cooking. That was the only thing this condo was missing for us. Not a major problem though, Target was only 1 mile down the road. All in all, this place was great and I would definitely stay here again!
