Holiday Surf 513 is an updated modern coastal getaway, where you can relax and unwind beside the ocean with all the comforts of home.

Sleeping 4. this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has hardwood floors throughout and an updated, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room features a 46 inch LED Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player and a leather couch sleeper sofa that sleeps two comfortably.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a 40 inch LED Smart TV with an adjoining updated bathroom

The views from this 5th floor condo are outstanding with panoramic vistas over the Gulf of Mexico and Holiday Surf's Private soft white Sand Beach!

Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor, seasonally heated pool, Fitness room, onsite Laundry, Free Linen exchange, Saunas, Tennis courts and Shuffleboard. ( with free equipment rental)

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

*This property does not allow groups of adults under age 25. No Exceptions. *

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

DESTIN VACATION 2021

The only issue we had was with the Tvs in property #513. We had the hardest time getting the one in the living room to turn on and connect and the one in the bedroom we couldn't even get it to change channels. Too many remotes made enjoying watching TV complicated. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The ONLY thing that I would complain about is the general cleanliness of the condo. It was just very dirty and dusty around the baseboards and the vent fans. It just really needed a good, deep cleaning in general--floors, windows, walls, etc. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the property to be in tip top shape, but the furniture had seen better days for sure! The staff was very nice and we loved the view. The updated kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. If the condo had been cleaned really well, I would have no complaints at all!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo multiple times but have been this disappointed. This condo was run down and filthy. There was mold in the bath tub. The blankets and sheets WERE NOT washed before our stay and the bathroom floor had gross leftovers from the previous renters.Our friends found bed bugs in their condo just a few down from this one so I have been on edge ever since coming home that we carried them home.This room and cleaning staff is in major need of a pick me up.After 5 consecutive years of coming here, we plan to take our business elsewhere next year.We are thankful for the memories we have made though.

Mediocre at best

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property needed the thorough cleaning and updates to bathroom. We reported problems with lighting and Electric in kitchen but never received a response. The bedroom came with a sheet and thin bedspread. No extra blankets were available. Could not really enjoy the patio as it faced our next door neighbors; no privacy. Well I would recommend holiday surf oh, we would not recommend this particular unit.

Daniel, We appreciate your feedback. At Holiday Surf & Racquet Club we take all guest concerns very seriously. We do strive to have an efficient response time when an issue arise so that our guest are able to relax and enjoy their stay. In regards to the lighting and electric in the kitchen We were able to look into the work orders to see if the issue with the lights and electric had been addressed. As of October 27th our maintenance technicians were unable to find any issues with the lights or electric, but we will make sure to monitor the situation closely so we will able to take immediate action. We also have reached out to housekeeping to insure unit 513 will stay stocked with extra blankets as well. We do value you as our guest and we hope to have the chance to host you again. Vacation September 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like the location. The unit I stayed in could have been cleaner. The carpets were dirty and it was obvious the unit has been used a lot and needed to be updated. I love the location of the complex and would stay there agin, however I would choose another unit to rent.
