The location is amazing, very short walk to the beach. There are several restaurants in town and please do not forget to visit the bakery (all of these are within walking distance). The host was very nice and answered very quickly when we had a question.

Amazing!

Property was just beautiful! It had everything we could have needed including a five minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach! The hosts were very accessible and helped with the little things along the way! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the best of both worlds, beach vacation and Athens sights!

Very nice and specious location, very quite, good reastaurants in walking distance. To the beach it is a small walk, but totally empty on Weekdays. On the weekends it can get a bit more crowded. Great Bakery 2 min away by car, were you can also get some grocaries. Bigger Supermarket in Lavrio -> 15min by Car. Despina was always very helpful, always there for any kind of questions.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage am meistens leeren Strand, es ist perfekt eingerichtet mit einer großen Südterrasse, auf der man auch grillen kann. Wir konnten hier einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Urlaub mit den Möglichkeiten von Baden, Wandern und Besichtigungen verknüpfen. Restaurants und Bäckerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen, für weitere Lebensmittel gibt es in Lavrio einen Supermarkt. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, auch für den Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Die Hausbesitzer wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich, diskret und immer hilfsbereit . Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

maison très moderne et très bien équipée

maison très moderne avec tout l’équipement souhaité. chambres climatisées, belles terrasses, très belle suite parentale à l'étage avec grand dressing et 2 salles de bains. jardin dégagé. bon accueil et serviabilité du propriétaire qui est dans la maison jumelée tout en étant discret et non intrusif. très belle plage à proximité. point de vigilance, le prix est variable en fonction du nombre de personne et donc bien le mentionner en amont sinon vous aurez supplément à payer sur place. à prévoir : prises et bombes anti moutisques

Just to note as regards the rate, that this is visible when you make your reservation on HomeAway, so if you have made or modify your reservation from 6 people to 7 or 8 people, the extra charge would have been shown immediately. The reason that the rate is broken and there is an extra charge after 6 persons, is because we want to allow groups of 5 or 6 people to stay to the villa without being necessarily charged on a rate for a house that is built to sleep 8 people.
