The well appointed space consists of one large living room decorated with mid-century furniture and an old farmhouse table & chairs; a darling kitchenette; and a bathroom with a hot steam shower option. Please note the space is not appropriate for children. Adults only or well-behaved older kids. 2 guests maximum.

Beautiful property filled with interesting books and lovely decor. Owners greeted us upon arrival. Wish the furniture (bed, couch) was a bit more comfortable with black out shades in the bedroom. Otherwise, very nice place.

Gracious hosts and rustic charm

Gregg and Molly are wonderful hosts. They were very warm and welcoming and encouraged us to reach out if we need anything during our 7 day stay (turned out not to be necessary, we are not super needy). The suite is attached to their house, which is old but beautifully restored on the inside. It has a very rustic charm to it. The suite has a decent sized bedroom and bathroom and a large living area. The kitchen is very small, like 2 is a crowd in there. However, they managed to comfortably fit a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and 2 electric burners in there, along with plenty of flatware/silverware and many other cooking implements so you have the option of cooking rather than going out to eat. And if you like to read, there are SO MANY BOOKS in the suite, which was a plus for me personally. The neighborhood and scenery are also quite lovely, overall quiet other than the occasional vehicle passing by, and the neighboring houses are not super close. Highly recommend!

So lovely, peaceful and relaxing...

We had such a good time that weekend. My husband and I loved the rooms, so cozy, clean and inviting! There were so many laid back activities to do in the town and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning!

Sweet, Relaxing, Clean + Comfy!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were sweet and friendly and we had everything we needed. The space is huge! It's bigger than our apartment in Brooklyn so it really felt like we were in a cabin in the country. There's not great cell reception out here (which we appreciated), but the house has wifi if you need to check emails, etc. Oh yes! And the steam shower is AMAZING! So relaxing!! Great hiking, views, and cute towns nearby. Easy driving out to Rhinebeck and Red Hook for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We didn't have time to rent bikes during our stay but I would definitely try that next time. Thanks Molly!

Clean. Cozy. Great for studying.

Only stayed one night. Molly and her husband were friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and quiet. We enjoyed the art work and the many books on painting and sculpture. A small stool for the steam shower might be nice, but for the price this place was perfect.

great little retreat

What a great little spot to relax and hide out for the weekend! The home is very private, clean, inviting and does the trick. The hosts were very kind and welcoming....we lost power the first night from a storm and when we pulled up from dinner they greeted us with flash lights and supplied us with candles, head lamps and flashlights. My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our son and had plenty of space to kick back and relax. It's a very bright space with lots of natural light and a piano as a focal point. This area of NY is quite nice with some great little places to explore. We highly recomend this charming getaway and hope to return soon!

Perfect Place!

A wonderful retreat in the Hudson Valley

Couldn't have been more comfortable at this bucolic vacation rental! Molly and her family are thoughtful hosts, and their vacation space is truly lovely. Close to the quaint towns of Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Tivoli for dining. Also very convenient to the Taconic Parkway for north-south travel. The living space itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. Enjoy a glass of local wine on the private patio and listen to the frogs at night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great host, Great place!

My husband and I were looking for a getaway last minute and the host here was quick in responding to make it happen for us. The pictures reflect the space well and everything was very clean and lovely. The little "living room and kitchenette" are actually private use to the room, so we were even able to lounge and eat breakfast in privacy. A very large space all in all and a steal of deal. There was a firepit we used and we were even provided firestarter and a wood bundle. A quiet place away from it all with nice views all around. We would and will go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!
