Chesapeake Lofts! One of the ONLY 1 BR/2BA, with a HUGE Living Space!

Located on Lake Erie in downtown Sandusky, let our condo be your home away from home. Just next door to various ferry's to go to Put N Bay, Kelly's Island, Cedar Point and more! Or bring your boat or jet ski and park at the new Marina that you can see right from our covered balcony. There is a great pool and hot tub located on the property, and inside offers a gym and laundry room.

We have great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and grocery stores, pharmacy's, etc. a short car ride away.

Don't want to go out, that's ok, our beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything you need to cook that fresh perch you just caught today! Kitchen has a Bluetooth box you can play your favorite music!

This is a 1 bedroom with a Master Bath, but we offer a queen blowup mattress with foam topper you can place in living room, and there is a full guest bath too!

Living room and Master both equipped with Flat Screen Tv's and dvd (living room only). Roku box on Master and Living room has a smart tv, as there is no cable, but Netflix, Prime and HBO and Apple tv!

We do long term rentals, please email for a quote.

Maximum Occupancy 4 Adults/children. All renters must be 30 or older please.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great time! This is our second time to the area and love how close everything is within walking distance. We took a day trip to Put in Bay - just a five minute walk to the ferry. Everything in the condo was perfect! We would definitely come back!!

Peaceful private perfectly secure

Grandparents of dancers at national competition enjoyed the cozy dark bedroom and the sunset- filled living area. Had to leave every day and parking was never a problem. Only two bath, one bedroom, with cable channels and later check-out.
Angie, if you look closely at the left side of porch, flowers watered from above runs on the outside from 3rd floor to bottom, along your rail and chair, including on your visitors multiple times a week.

We just spent a 4 night 5 day stay at this Condo. We were very please how well kept and beautiful the condo was. Great location from Cedar Point, its only minutes away from the park. The condo is gated so you feel secure. They also have everything you need that made our stay comfortable. Very pleased how they accommodated us on such short notice and very friendly and easy to work with.

Quick get away to the Lake Erie Islands

We had a wonderful dinner at Landmark Kitchen, loved the walk ability to bars, restaurants, Jackson Pier and the JetExpress. Condo was exactly as described, clean with some fun extras. We had such a relaxing time in the pool with the floats provided with cup holders and the Bluetooth speaker. Thank you so much!

Great Cedar Point Condo

Great proximity to park. It was clean and easy to access. I would recommend checking in prior to it being dark as it’s a challenge w less light and unfamiliar settings. Hallways are dim but we parked by the garage upon entering and headed straight forward into Building A I believe. Host was great and very accommodating w excellent communication. Thank you

Perfect Location

Enjoyed our week stay and appreciated how close the unit was to the elevator (but not too close). Checking in and out was simple and the location was perfect for walking to Jet Express and downtown Sandusky. We did like that there was a guard at the entrance of parking lot so he opened the gate not requiring us to stretch and punch. Furniture was more than adequate and clean premises. I was not a fan of the Jersey material on the bedding but that’s just my personal preference as it makes me too warm. We would recommend this unit and stay again.

First time vacationing in the area

This property is centrally located to many attractions in the area. Very secure property with a guard at the front gate most of the time and several additional layers of security before you get to the property. Not sure why because the area surrounding the property is geared to the over 30 crowd with bars and eateries that are really nice with great food all within walking distance. The property is clean, well maintained and modern. The owner, Angie, provides amenities for her guests which makes the stay more pleasant. Items like paper towels, sheets, soaps and shampoo, even some snack items to name a few are supplied. Definitely the property to rent on our next trip to Sandusky.

Thank you for the hospitality! Your condo was perfect for our family’s (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 5) stay while we visited with family, went to cedar point, cedar point shores and walked to several restaurants downtown. Our only suggestion would be to add blinds to the patio door as the children had a hard time sleeping in the living room because of the sun and lights. However by night 2 we improvised and put a beach towel in the door which seemed to work just fine 😂 Thanks again! Gruhlke family

Sandusky Short Stay

10/10 would stay here again! Hotel prices this time of year made this rental a bargain, and the condo is convenient to Cedar Point (major plus), restaurants, and other activities. The unit was clean, accurately represented, and the property manager was very helpful answering our pre-booking questions. Bonus is the incredible sunset view from the adjacent marina boardwalk and night time view of Cedar Point!

Beautiful property bad experience

Wonderful property. Angie had excellent communication. Do not recommend having any extra company. Police came at 10 when it was me and 3 friends saying they got noise complaints. Definitely a unit for middle aged guests. Not 20 somethings. Owner tried to charge me an extra cleaning fee even tho I purchased insurance for the property. Overall it was a nice place just couldn't really enjoy it.
