This luxury boutique apartment is located in the famous residence ROVA LEV HAYIR the heart of BALFOUR / Montefiore / ROTHSCHILD, the historic district of Tel Aviv where Bauhaus and Modern art mix. But it is also strategically at the crossroads of all the nerve centers involved in the charm and the mysteries of the White City.

A 10-minute walk from the beach at the corner of Shuk HaCarmel, one block from the Yemenite Quarter and its exotic restaurants, a step skyscrapers, trendy cafes and bars at night tend to Rothschild, opposite the Museum Independence Museum of Ruben, Bialik House, etc.

This is the perfect oasis to explore Tel Aviv and back pampered after a hectic day. It will suit both your professional and your vacation "welfare".

Renovation was superbly done. The result: a perfect combination of comfort and modernity. The apartment is equipped with all the latest amenities: shelter on premises, centralized control of lights, metal shutters, heating and air conditioning, intercom, underfloor heating, etc.

1st floor with elevator, the apartment (120m²) consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 suite with double electric bed, bathroom and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2-3 beds and 1 independent bathroom) . Bathrooms feature walk-in shower, a washing machine and a dryer. A large living area consists of ground floor living room, dining room (8 pax) and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc.

The Residence ROVA LEV HAYIR which you will be the guests offers its private gardens and is guarded 24/7. There are 2 personal parking spaces in the basement.

Perfect location and perfect hosts

The loction is perfect. Close to most of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. If you can walk 20 minutes you can see just about everything you would want to see in the area. Taxis are easy to find on Allenby, half a block away. Next door to the the west is a fantastic coffeeshop/food market, Tamusz. There are many other food options in the neighborhood. Our hosts took the time to meet us at the property and when we had a question about anything they responded promptly. They had everything we needed to cook our own food (we were there 9 days) Access to the builidng is secure with a guard and fobs. No question we would stay here again.

The Perfect Apartment in Tel Aviv

We had a wonderful visit in Tel Aviv! This apartment was a perfect location for getting around the city. You can walk to everything you need. The owners of this property really care about their visitors. If you need any information they are right there to help. The apartment is super clean and modern. You are really safe in this building. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment! You can also get to multiple pick up spots for tours of the country as well. The beach is in walking distance, so you can spend hours there as well. There are many many great restaurants in walking distance. Of course the Carmel Market is right around the corner. We loved it!

Wonderful Experience- Tel Aviv

Elie and Carol are wonderful hosts. We have always had great experiences using VRBO properties but they surprised us with their genuine support and assistance during our stay at the apartment located conveniently on the first floor. Elie spent about 45 minutes with us upon arrival, pointing out the various features and offerings of the apartment. Most helpful was the map and guidelines for restaurants, supermarkets, key sites, transportation options, etc, The support was top notch. The furniture and appliances, TVs are as described, update and user friendly. The location is offers easy access to Jaffe, about a 20-25 minute walk south along the promenade and similarly, working north to Tel Aviv Port. Carmel Market (wonderful market for street food, fresh produce, etc) is a 10-15 minute walk. Simply if we return to Tel Aviv contacting Elie and Carol will be our first priority.

Amazing flat in Tel Aviv

We was moving from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, and was going to arrive at the flat earlier than check in. We contacted Elie who said we could drop off our cases early. Elie gave us a detailed induction to the flat, and all information that we would need whilst we was there including restaurants and things to do in Tel Aviv. The flat was lovely, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed. Elie and Carole kept in contact with us during our stay. We would definitely be staying here again when we come to Israel

The property managers were available in advance of our arrival to answer any question on-line. The apartment was very clean and all the linens and towels were fresh. Management met us on arrival and showed us how to use all the amenities and were there when we left after 11 days to assist us with our luggage and arranging transportation to another city.

This is a perfect apartment. It is modern, clean, beautifully stocked and in a wonderful, centeral location. The apartment includes parking which in Tel Aviv is essential. Great stay - great location and hosts

Overall great - modern comfortable flat, very clean, great location. Parking is great. The host, Elie was terrific; friendly, responsive, thoughtful. The only issue was with the internet, frequently a problem - I hope that gets fixed as I would look forward to staying there again in the future.

Our four week stay started with a five star welcome from our hosts Elie and Carol, complete with a gift basket and detailed explanation about our convenient neighbourhood, that included a helpful list of recommended restaurants. A couple of very minor maintenance issues were handled both quickly and without fuss, plus we were surprised and delighted to be given a complimentary house cleaning halfway through our stay. We can't recommend this location and its property managers more highly.

Fantastic in every way!

My wife, toddler and I stayed in this apartment in March 2-18 and we were thoroughly impressed with both the aesthetics and functionality of the space. Elie and Carole clearly take tremendous pride in this apartment and in their dealings with guests. We were pleasantly surprised to have been personally greeted by Elie and Carole upon check-in, with various hospitality items like freshly baked biscotti and starter items such as bread, milk and water. The space was perfect for a family with a toddler - and Elie and Carole gladly supplied a pack and play for our use. Any question we had went immediately answered and resolved. The apartment is very well situated - a very short walk to Shuk Hacarmel and to Rothschild Blvd. Our designated free parking space was a tremendous help in a busy city such as Tel Aviv. I would highly recommend this apartment to others and would absolutely stay there with my family again.

Parlons tout d'abord d'un accueil chaleureux et plein de surprises, boissons fraîches, café, petits gâteaux faits maisons. Nous spécialement apprécié l'emplacement central, près de toutes les centres d'intérêt. Cette résidence luxe nous offre un gardiennage 24h/24 avec un accès au SPA au sona à la salle de sport. Bref un must après une journée bien remplie. L'appartement est impeccable agréable, fonctionnel et très calme. La cerise sur le gâteau , une petite placette au pieds de la résidence où se niche un coin original et irrésistible, un petit troquet bibliothèque avec une jolie petite terrasse. Merci encore à nos hôtes merveilleux qui ont fait de notre séjour un enchantement. Nous ne pouvons que vivement le recommander.
