South-east exposure, natural & breezy, Golf & water view

Watch the the golfers, the birds and the occasional alligator from the screened lanai of this second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The complex is the hidden gem known as Tropic Schooner, situated at the end of Mainsail Drive which dead-ends at the Marco Island Executive Airport. Hammock Bay Golf Course surrounds the complex and this condo overlooks the 6th fairway from tee to green. The location of the complex and the condo is superb.

The condo is open concept with peninsula that is the separation to the kitchen. The south-east exposure means natural light through big windows from morning to night.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bathrooms have been remodeled; the ensuite has a walk in shower. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions.

Inside the unit are a laundry room with washer and dryer and a utility room for storage. Linens including towels, kitchen dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. Arrive with your clothes and your toothbrush!

Hammock Bay

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful view overlooking a canal and golfcourse. Located between Naples and Marcos Island. The location couldn't be more perfect! We will be back there next year! Thank you Jim!

Tropic Schooner

I have stayed at Jim’s condo for 2 years, and will be going back next year. The whole complex is a quiet relaxing friendly place. Great areas to walk play tennis pickle ball swim ( 2pools ) and bocci ball . Jim is easy to contact and responds to questions. Just a short few minutes drive to restaurants on Isles of Capris and Marco Island.

The Tropic Schooner community is quite picturesque and its residents very friendly and welcoming. Due to the location of the property, we became more familiar and spent a bit more time on Marco Island. From a golfer's perspective, price dictated where we played and consequently, we drove to Eagle Lakes GC, Valencia GC and The Links of Naples. Overall, our daily walks were spent at Eagle Lakes Park, Sugden Park, Baker Park and mostly on Mainsail Drive which were amazing and the highlight of our stay!

Tropic Schooner

I always love to stay at Tropic Schooner- Jim’s condo has the best view from the lanai. The condo is always clean. There were some issues with the furniture and I am sure Jim will see to that because I pointed it out to him. He is always very responsive to any questions He tries to be very accommodating!

Hammock Bay

We had a great month at the condo with an interesting view of the creek and golf course and beautiful sunsets. The location is convenient to both Marco Island and Naples and the "neighborhood" is quiet and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen and had all the other supplies we needed.

Nice condo and a great location

My wife and I had the pleasure to spend the month of February is this nice condo. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would want. All of the people we met within the complex were very friendly. The pool is an added bonus as it was a very warm February and could have went swimming everyday. I loved the location of this condo, especially being 10 minutes from the beach at Marco Island to the south, and Walmart just 10 minutes to the north! As an avid golfer, I was also impressed with the number of courses in the area as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this Tropic Schooner Condo to any couple or family wanting some get away time.

I go to Florida for clean air and sunshine. I spend most of my day on the patio, however with a smoker on one side and one below I was unable to enjoy setting out.
