Beautiful modern apartment, well illuminated, with 2 terraces, swimming pool, garden, playground, and very well located in a quiet urbanization, just 10 minutes from centre and 7 minutes from beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa-bed of 135 cm, 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 beds, bathroom and toilet.

Garage in the urbanization itself with direct access from the lift included in the price.

Nice apartment, with all the comforts and services to spend a wonderful holidays, in one of the best urbanizations of Castro Urdiales, with a large swimming pool and a garden to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, standing out the large living room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea, the main bedroom with viscoelastic mattress and access to a second terrace, another bedroom with 2 beds, also with viscoelastic mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.), bathroom and toilet.

It has many services available such as cutlery, sheets, towels, pots, pans, toaster, squeezer, iron, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.

One of the most valued things by the tenants are its terraces, the one of the living room with a very good sea view and also of the pool, and the other one, very sunny and with a view of the mountains

Located in a beautiful and quiet urbanization with swimming pool, with a very well-kept garden, ideal for bathing and sunbathing in summer.

Large urbanization with playground, where children can play quietly and without danger.

And all this, in a very quiet area located at less than 10 minutes from the centre through a nice walk where you can see the remains of the ancient Roman city of Castro Urdiales (Flaviobriga), specifically part of its aqueduct.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Auch mit 2 Teenagern war genug Platz. Das WLAN funktionierte immer einwandfrei. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool, den Ort und das Meer. Der Pool war immer sehr sauber. Strand und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Castro Urdiales ist insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort mit zwei schönen Stränden, dem Hafen und vielen Bars und Restaurants. Außerdem ist es ein guter Standort für Ausflüge (z.B. nach Bilbao). Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel und wir wurden von Jose Luis sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles!

Das Baskenland war eine Reise wert

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Gut ausgestattet, Fahrstuhl vom Tiefgaragenplatz direkt zur Wohnungstür. Gepflegte Anlage, sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang von Jose Luis. Umfangreiche Einweisung und problemloses kontaktieren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns in der FEWO sehr gefühlt.

très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui était très aidant tout le long du séjour, appartement bien équipé et disposant de deux WC. pleins de placards au besoin et une place de parking sous l'immeuble. Tout dans la ville ensuite se fait à pieds et la ville est sympa, de longues promenades au bord de l'eau, des terrains de jeux pour les enfants, la vie au bord de mer très agréable. c'est aussi un bon endroit avec l'autoroute à proximité pour rayonner dans la région pour visiter. merci

Practisch alles in de buurt

Het appartement heeft alles wat je heel goed kunt gebruiken voor een gezin met 4 jonge kinderen. Verschillende kamers met verschillende soorten bedden. Een vaatwasser, wasmachine en oven. Er is kinderspeelgoed met waanzige uitklapbare 3d boeken. Het plaatsje Castro Urdiales ligt tussen Santander en Bilbao in. Wat maakt dat je heel makkelijk dingen kunt ondernemen in beide steden. Het strand met wel een wat woeste en verraderlijke ligt 750 mtr van het appartement. Voor de ingang van het appartement is een mini Express supermarkt waar alle producten die je nodig kunt hebben voor 3 maaltijden op een dag aanwezig. Houden geen siësta, wat veel andere bedrijven wel doen. Het Centrum met haar boulevard van Castro is heel mooi. En om de 500 mtr is er wel een speeltuin te vinden. Kortom wij gaan volgend jaar weer. Daarnaast is het fijn communiceren met Jose en Marissa, mocht je iets nodig hebben. Klein detail, baskisch Spaans is zo niet vergelijkbaar met Spaans.... oh ja de omgeving is mooi groen en de snelwegen zijn goed begaanbaar. Openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Het busstation is op de hoek bij het voormalig stierenvechter stadion. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd.

Todo estupendo

El alojamiento nos ha encantado; era exactamente lo que se indica en el anuncio. La casa está muy limpia y decorada con muy buen gusto. Enseres y ropa de hogar proporcionados por el propietario. Tiene una ubicación buenísima, en un sitio muy tranquilo, con amplias zonas verdes y a menos de diez minutos caminando de la playa y a menos de quince del centro. La recepción y el trato han sido inmejorables. Se han mostrado atentos durante nuestra estancia e incluso nos han informado acerca de los eventos en las festividades locales.

Para mejorar: Un poco más de menaje estaría bien, sobre todo vasos cristal y cucharillas pequeñas. Incidir un poco más en la limpieza (sobre todo en estantes y armarios altos), es una pena que por pequeños detalles no sea una valoración 5*. Por lo demás todo correcto. Pasamos muy buenas vacaciones.

We loved the appartment with its view on the sea and the green mountains! We wanted a vacation without a car and it was perfect for that. Everything is less than a 10 minute walk distance. Playa Ostende is beautiful, the town is lovely, good food and drink, bus connection to Bilbao for a trip to the Guggenheim. Jose Luis, the owner, helped us with everything we needed. Super!

Comfortable and bright

We stayed 12 nights at this clean, bright apartment with good internet connection and dedicated underground parking spot. Initially it was confusing to locate as there are two similar blocks of flats - this is the lower of the two. The apartment has most household items you require for a comfortable stay and we had good communication from hosts Jose Luis and his wife. There’s plenty to see and do in the area as it’s more or less equidistant between Bilbao and Santander. The town of Castro Urdiales and sea front with it’s many bars and cafes are a few minutes walk from the apartment. Neighbourhood dogs seem to enjoy a good bark! Thanks Jose Luis!

We spent a great week in Jose apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is as described. Jose picked us up from the airport and brought us back again. Thank you very much! The view of the Ocean is great. Castro Urdiales is worth a visit! It´s really a nice place. We met nice people in the many tapas bars. By bus you have a good connection to Bilbao and to Santander. Maybe we will come back one day, then we would also rent Jose apartment! Greetings from Germany!

Estuvimos en en Castro Urdiales, mi mujer y mis dos hijas el fin de semana para ver a la familia, y hemos encontrado el apartamento ideal, cerca del centro y de la playa, (en estas fechas sólo para pasear…que no es poco). El apartamento está muy bien, muy coqueto, tiene todo muy nuevo, no le falta de nada y con unas vistas superchulas. Muy cómodo el tener garaje en la propia urbanización. El wifi viene muy bien, aunque sólo sea para tener entretenidas algún ratillo a las niñas. Destacar la atención del propietario, muy atento en todo momento. Gracias por todo Jose Luis Y como nosotros vamos dos o tres veces al año a Castro, a partir de ahora, esta sin duda, será nuestra primera opción.

COMO EN CASA

Hemos pasado 4 días en Castro y nos hemos quedado con las ganas de quedarnos algún día más porque nos han faltado muchas cosas por ver, es una zona muy bonita, ideal tanto para visitar la zona cántabra como la del País Vasco, y el piso que hemos elegido ha sido todo un acierto, todo muy nuevo, moderno, muy limpio, nos hemos sentido como en casa, y la situación es muy buena, muy cerca del centro, por lo que para movernos por Castro no hemos necesitado el coche. Como tenemos pensado volver, este piso sin dudarlo, será la primera opción para alojarnos.

Fantástico fin de semana en Castro Urdiales, corto pero intenso, y por suerte acertamos con la elección del piso, un apartamento en perfectas condiciones, ideal para pasar unos días, limpio, moderno, bien amueblado y decorado, muy confortable y completo, todo nuevo, no le falta de nada y con numerosos detalles, uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado. Destacar también la atención del propietario, muy agradable y atento, nos recomendó lugares para visitar y salir. Muy recomendable, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Hemos pasado unos estupendos días en Castro en un precioso apartamento, muy recomendable, está todo nuevo, es muy acogedor, como estar en casa, y muy cerca del centro. La urbanización está muy bien, en verano se le tiene que sacar mucho partido por la piscina y jardín que tiene y desde la terraza hay unas vista muy chulas al mar y se ve parte de Castro, la iglesia, el faro, etc. Destacar el trato recibido por parte del propietario, muy amable y atento, nos recomendó sitios que visitar, donde ir de pintxos, cenar etc. Muchas gracias Jose Luis, seguro que repetiremos porque todavía nos han quedado muchas cosas por ver.
