ATTENTION: SeaCrest Properties construction is close to being completed. The building and the ponds are scheduled to be completed by March 28, 2025. The outdoor hot tub should be reopened in early May. The pools opened on March 1, 2025.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is the most beautifully furnished villa at The SeaCrest Properties. It is located across the street from the shopping and dining hotspot, Coligny Plaza. All bedrooms and living areas have flat screen TVs. There are security codes for all elevators and stairways to ensure only guests have access to the villas. There are 2 outdoor pools with baby pools and a hot tub. Indoor endless swimming pool, spa and workout room. Food and beverages available for purchase pool side, or take your own cooler. Hilton Head Island was ranked the best beach town in the South by Southern Living Magazine!

This condo was excellent! It is in the perfect location - a quick walk to the beach and directly across the street from Coligny. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and the view is wonderful. Leslie is a super responsive host and was so helpful. She sent everything we needed well before the trip making check in very easy. The condo has all the amenities you would need. The view and location were perfect.. easy access to the beach and just across the street from Coligny Park.. really no need to even move the car unless you just want something super specific… everything is within walking distance. We absolutely loved this property! We have stayed many places and this was one of the best. There were 6 adults & 1 child and we had plenty of room. Short walk to the beach! Pool & bar were so nice. Felt very safe and security was always walking around! You can walk across the street for anything you need at Coligny! It was the perfect place to stay!

This place was amazing. Very well kept, clean and comfortable. Very convenient with walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful villa.

This SeaCrest villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The view from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean is fantastic. The villa is well appointed with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen is well stocked. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Leslie, was very accommodating and was available to answer any questions or address any issues that arose during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation.
