The house is located just 100m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa and from the promenade where you will find restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars and much more.
The house is very large and spacious, it is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a comfortable bunk bed, a single bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom and a living room / kitchen. All rooms have balconies and 2 of these have a view of the sea and the square. The real peculiarity of this house is the huge private terrace which is located on the upper floor, this is equipped with table and chairs to allow you to have lunch / dinner outdoors and has a breathtaking sea view.
Designed to allow you to spend your holiday peacefully, the house has been equipped with all comforts: TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and much more.

Die süße Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen ruhigen Urlaub am Meer zu verbringen.
Sehr ruhiger, sauberer Strand in 100 Metern.
Die Wohnung hat eine riesige Dachterrasse mit Meerblick wo man wunderbar grillen kann.
